There were a lot of people there -- nice place to hang out but quite noisy and the wifi suffered. Great coffee though!

Great space for working or hanging out to chat. Very popular though, even on weekday mornings. Arrive earlier than early.

Chill space, but Wifi so slow as to be unusable for ZOOM. Could not use for even voice meetings. Tends to be noisy, so great if you are chatting with friends, maybe not best for on line meetings.

I went in around 4:30 pm on a Wednesday. It was quiet and there was only one barista on. When I walked in the barista was just chatting to this guy at the counter. I thought that was a customer but it became apparent that the guy was not there to order but instead just having a conversation with the barista about random stuff. The barista completely ignored me (a paying customer) for a solid 5 minutes to just chat up to his friend. I was getting super annoyed. Finally the friend left (again without ordering) and the barista took my order for a single latte. The drink came fast but was cold. I asked if he can remake it. He was rude but redid it. He totally ignored the other lady in lane waiting while redoing the drink. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 14 years I know that you should be able to multi-task to maximize your time and customer experience. He could have at least acknowledge her and said he would be just a minute to tend to her. Instead he just ignored her and pretend he didn’t saw her. The coffee was good but customer service could be much improved

Cortado gets a B+. I like the coffee profile, a little more interesting than a typical house blend. The latte art was not the best on the cortado, but texture and temperature were on point. The environment is really great, very spacious and comfortable!

Had their signature Palladino espresso at the F5 Tower, from an automatic machine...was blown away. Had to try on site, and wasn't disappointed in the least with my cappuccino from their LaMarzocco. Currently online buying my beans now!

Staff does not say hello or thank you. I would feel much better about paying $5 for a cup of tea if they showed the minutest appreciation for my business. I still gave it 3 stars because the place is clean and it’s a nice space to work, but service 1-2 stars every time I’ve been here.

Pretty busy here, but lots of seating and beverage and snack selection in the heart of the laid-back historic TangleTown neighborhood. Big +, they serve Mr. Spots' Morninglory Chai, the only chai worth a darn, IMO.

Coffee is excellent and they have have a small but tasty selection of baked goods. Atmosphere is also great, lots of folks studying or just catching up. Only downside, and this only 4 stars, is the Wi-Fi is a bit slow and for some reason my VPN wouldn’t connect. I went to another coffee shop straight after and the VPN worked fine so just a word of caution for those planning to work over VPN.

Only thing is it would be nice if they took cash, but still a great little stop if you're in the area

Why do quiet, cute coffee shops with people studying play loud punk music with people screaming the lyrics? Is it a message to tell people to get out?

Sometimes the coffee is great, other times, the same coffee is so sweet I can't drink it. The staff is never friendly and often rude.

Best coffee shop in the area. Nice staff and the coffee was great. Also had some original specialty drinks. Nice variety of seating. Great fast wifi and loved that it was easy to sign on. This place is great for solo work, bringing your laptop (even have plugs) and/or meeting up with friends at their big tables!

Zoka is the best coffee shop around. Jacob and Christen are very helpful and pull an amazing shot. Don’t mess around. Go to Zoka.

Zoka coffee is a must-have for elitist coffee snobs like me everywhere. You gotta try it

Great coffee but the owners need to step up and properly staff the place. It's never taken me less than 25 mins to get through the line and out the door because there is always only one person taking orders and making coffee. I tend to come on weekday mornings because weekends are even worse. Help your staff out and hire some extra help please

He would not sell me 3 everything bagels because he wanted to make sure he had 6 for tomorrow. A sale is a sale, the breakfast wraps are prepacked and microwaved. Do not come here for the food. Just so weird would not sell it to me. A sale today is just as good as a sale tomorrow.

July 2022 update - the gal who was yelling at people seems to have moved on to another job/location/work, so my rating for them is getting bumped up to 5 stars! Great place to hunker down and work, study, catch up with a friend or two, or play a game. They KNOW their coffee, they work directly with the farmers, and the staff that is there/remains now is FRIENDLY and doesn't yell at customers! By all means the pandemic is NOT over so please DO be courteous and think about wearing your mask when not eating or drinking - COVID is NOT a joke, but rest assured you won't be verbally accosted by any workers here now! Review from 2021: As a frequent customer who LOVES their coffee I feel the need to rate only 3 stars given a worker who seems dead set on YELLING ABOUT THE MASK POLICY whenever she sees someone in the cafe who is not "actively drinking or eating" - there was a guy seated at a table who was working on his laptop wasn't wearing his mask properly. It was OBVIOUS to anyone who looked at him that he had earphones in and was talking to someone yet she insisted on YELLING REPEATEDLY AT THE ENTIRE CAFE rather than approaching him directly and speaking to him 1-on-1. If someone isn't obeying and they have earphones/ear buds/headphones on there is a VERY GOOD CHANCE THEY CANNOT HEAR YOU, EVEN IF YOU YELL. Please re-train this person so that being in the wonderful cafe space is not as jarring as it has been when she works.
