I might be biased because I work in the building and I get free coffee here as an employee. But these guys are great. The staff is super friendly and nice. They have so many options to choose from, they have different kinds of milk, coffee, tea and matcha as well. They carry a good amount of sugar free syrups to choose from as well. I really do customize my drink a lot and they do it perfectly. There is some seating available, I usually have never seen it full as people take their coffee and leave. Highly recommend!

Heated pre-made (probably frozen since they come in individual bags) breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Typical barista made coffees. Convenient if you’re spending time on the Amazon campus.

The ambience is nice but the drinks were ok. I got a chai and a matcha and they both had way too much powder mixed in so they were really strong and gritty.

Every single time I get RUDE service. Just straight rude! Coffee is so-so but I'd continue to come here if I actually received kind service. I work at Amazon so I'm here all the time but after one too many extremely rude experiences, I'm never coming back.

The short Hispanic girl who works the register is pretty consistently rude and gets my orders wrong.

Awful. I’ve been tricked into going here twice because I work close by and the coffee isn’t even good. First coffee I ever had was a lavender mocha. I didn’t know coffee could taste so bland. The other day I had a barista that took my order that didn’t know what a macchiato is. Then a different barista that was making my drink it got mad at me and accused me of getting it confused with a latte? Because the original barista -didn’t know what a macchiato was-. I’d rather walk farther out than return to this place. Did I mention the coffee is overpriced?

Great little shop with awesome espresso drinks and pastries to savor! Try the Aztec Mocha if you like a little spice with the chocolate.

Good little cafe! I had some of their genmaicha green tea and it was actually some of the best tea I've gotten outside of a tea shop. I didn't dive into their baked goods, but overall it's got a good vibe, is spotless, and has good drinks!

I am a big supporter of Mom & Pop coffee shops and establishments, that's why I like Zoka Coffee Roasters and Tea Company. Conveniently located on the corner of 85th and Lakestreet right in the center of Downtown Kirkland. Lots of space inside, cozy seating, great decor, outside seating, friendly staff, free WiFi, lots of snacks & pastries to choose from and amazing coffee. On your next visit to Downtown Kirkland check out Zoka Coffee Roasters and Tea Company.
