Please don’t come to this coffee shop. Yes, their coffee is great, the space is beautiful, the guest pastries are yummy, and the staff is friendly and unpretentious. But it makes my life marginally less convenient if all of you start going here as much as I do.
You want to feel "hip" by paying for overpriced coffee and meek service, then this is your place. My partner and I went inside for a drink after our dinner, and by not being greeted and answering our questions, it felt almost hostile. They were the worst part of the evening after a nice dinner at Rione. I wish I would've walked out as the coffee was fine.
Nice place for a cup of coffee!! Great community board for local stuff. Supports local art on the walls, lots of indoor seating. Friendly staff 😁
The service and atmosphere were nothing special. The food was downright not very good. The croissant tasted stale and the coffee had a weird sour taste.
Coffee was pricey but good. I ordered a 16oz and got probably 12oz in my cup, I coulda bought a 12oz and saved money but I assume I woulda had 8oz in my cup. They had no whip (odd?), and the vibe was lame with no music and silence although full of people. Felt like I was in the twilight zone.
One of my favorite coffee spots in all of Seattle. I am a coffee enthusiast to say the least and have high expectations. If you’re wanting a quality cup of espresso, then hit this place up. It’s well worth your time!
Really good coffee and bakeries 🍰
Great coffee and decent pastry! Place is cute with plenty of space to hang out with friends.
Great coffee, great atmosphere. Small chain shop that stands out on its own. Parking is a little difficult but if that's not a huge issue stop by and enjoy the vibe.
Over $17 for a not-great coffee and a disappointing breakfast sandwich... clean place, staff are friendly enough, but it doesn't at all feel worth the price.
Amazing cardamon latte! Really great atmosphere
I’ve had terrible service every single time I’ve been here. The first couple times I brushed off, but it did leave a sour taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t have come back, but Overcast (down the street where they have great coffee and service, and the owner is very kind and friendly) was closed. I went in with my boyfriend, who ordered a matcha latte with a shot of espresso. The barista looked at him and said something to the effect of “Is that even good?”. He had to defend his order and let her know he’s had it before. After we walked away, he hung his head and said he felt embarrassed and was second guessing his order after that. He literally cried, she was that rude. This was the final nail in the coffin. Victrola is dead to me 😮💨 Please consider withholding your judgmental comments while serving customers at your job?
Amazing coffee with great ambiance and ample seating, even when busy
Perfect Green Tea with perfect combination of bakery goods. I believe if they have some healthy food selections, that would be great too...
Was ok. Very Capitol Hill vibe coffee place. Had a 8oz Late but felt overpriced to me.
Great coffee, chill atmosphere, plenty of tables, free wifi. The friendliness of service is very hit or miss, but I don't care enough to drop a star overall.
It's fine if you're on the block. Not dog friendly.
Nothing too special. Just a regular coffee place. They should either do a menu or some kind of description/names of the bakery items. It's just confusing to order without knowing the names and literally asking the barista about all of them. Pretty average interiors too. Plenty of seating space though In the picture. : Banana bread and cappuccino.
Good coffee, 1 free refill for the drip coffee. Plenty of space to sit and study or work. They also have a good Wifi connection. Very friendly staff.
Did not eat there, had coffee and customer service was great 👍 🙂
