This is a nice Coffee Shop.
No sugar free options :(
Excellent, modern, atmosphere with a great view of the water and wonderfully roasted coffee. Thanks Johnathan!!
One of the best coffee spots in Seattle. The staff are passionate about the coffee and it shows in the quality of the drinks. Also, the water views are a lovely way to start the day.
Cedar and Spokes has a great location right next to Pike’s Place and offers amazing views, amazing brews, and plenty of natural light. They roast in house so you can see them doing it while enjoying your coffee. The espresso is pretty good, and even though it might not have as much depth as other places it still has an obvious high quality. The service here is also 10/10.
best espresso Ive ever tasted! visiting from utah and I will always come back 😭🙌😬
Best espresso around! After a trip to Seattle 2 years ago, my cousin and I could not stop thinking about the espresso we had here. Today, 2 years later we made sure to come back and it did not disappoint.
Average bland coffee. The place is good to escape pike place bustle. Barista takes forever to make one cup
High quality and full body coffee. The macchiato was delicious. Quiet, great for working. Pretty hipstersy atmosphere and hence a little on the pricier end.
Best espresso this sector of city, this visit. Just the single bean, but tasty.
After moving to Belltown, perhaps one of the most iconic destinations for coffee in the world, I decided to try all the coffee shops in the area. I wanted to figure out where the best coffee and vibe is. Cedar and spoke has the best coffee. I love visiting; they have a bright space with views of the sound, the small team are all very friendly, and it has a nice and lighthearted atmosphere. They roast the beans in house, so you can’t find their coffee anywhere else. It’s a very traditional coffee menu, and they focus on executing the staple espresso drinks to perfection. Espresso, macchiato, cortado, cappuccino, latte, mocha, etc. This is not the spot for seasonal syrupy specials. If you want to see their coffee shines, try a dry cortado. The lower amount of milk leaves room for the taste of the coffee shine through. If you really want to explore coffee upgrade it to include the deconstructed espresso with a dry cortado. You get the dry cortado and the two ingredients on their own - espresso and steamed milk.
Coffee is decent but there is a kid room! Enjoy your coffee and let your kiddo play without disrupting everyone’s quite coffee time! 5 stars for the kid room, 4 for the coffee
mustard. has a pour over. coffees not too bad. The vibe is 5/5.
I ordered an oak milk latte (and paid extra for alt milk) and they definitely used regular milk. Worst stomach ache ever but it tasted great *lactose intolerant sigh*
Good coffee and very good cookies
Ample space, okay coffee and pastries, not particularly special
Fantastic mocha, great place
Really tasty coffee, friendly service, spacious and full of light space.
Very calm and relaxing spot to enjoy a morning coffee.
