I got an iced hemp milk lavender latte and swear I almost cried when I took my first sip — it was SO good 🤩 The folks working were also super nice and pretty speedy!

Not a 4.7 star shop. The old reviews were from Biscuits and Bean. Don’t be deceived. We got the breakfast sandwich and expected to be like B&B’s, but it’s nothing like it. They used English muffin instead of biscuits… It was also very dry.

This was a 5-Star review for Biscuit and Bean. Since this listing was taken over by a completely different business I'm dropping it to 1 star. It seems very disingenuous to take the reviews of one business and transfer them to a new business.

Great coffee spot, they’re usually very quick and always friendly. They sell Biscuit and Bean biscuits, although in my opinion they’re a bit more dry than the original. I love the Ballard Breakfast Sandwich on an English muffin.

My new favorite spot since moving. S-tier coffee and food from a convenient drive-thru. Friendly staff.

I had the mocha coffee and a cinnamon roll. It was so unexpectedly delicious!!! My partner and I agreed that it was the best mocha we have had, and the cinnamon roll literally set the highest bar. I've never had a cinnamon roll come close to being that delicious. Omg this place is such a gem!!

We like to pick up breakfast on Saturday mornings and recently noticed this place and thought we'd give it a try. But the food and coffee were awful. We got 2 Ballard Breakfast sandwiches and they were huge and way too much for one person. That would be fine if we had known because we could have just ordered one to split. But the quality left much to be desired. The biscuit was very thick and dark brown and crunchy. I ended up removing the top biscuit and tossing it out for the birds. The egg didn't have any salt or seasoning on it and was tasteless. We got a latte and a drip coffee and they had a burnt, bitter aftertaste. I ended up dumping the coffee down the drain and brewing my own. The only tasty thing was the blueberry muffin, although there weren't many blueberries in it. To top it off it was way too expensive for the quality. McDonald's bacon egg and cheese biscuit and latte is way better for a fraction of the cost. We won't be going back.

I love a local coffee shop that has a drive thru! You cannot beat the service everyone is always so kind and friendly, they make great coffee, and I love both their breakfast sandwiches and pastries. I’ve swapped a Friday morning Starbucks visit for Ballard coffee co and I love it!

Awesome food. Often the Cinnamon rolls are undercooked, but even then they are worth it,

This is the best latte in Seattle! I've been here multiple times with different people making a regular latte and it turns out amazing every time. I highly recommend.

The breakfast sandwich here…OMG - I don’t like using the phrase OMG, but it applies. The breakfast biscuit sandwich is a bit messy to eat while driving but I’m a fiend and couldn’t help myself. It was devoured. Some foods should be outlawed. I’m hankering for more.

The neighborhood coffee shop we all want to have. The biscuits are some of the best in town, and the coffee menu is so fun. Try the Maple Bar Latte while it's still on the special menu!

[Original 2021 - 4 stars] Phenomenal biscuits, and the absolute best mushroom gravy I have ever had in my life. I've never ordered any other food item here for myself because the biscuits and gravy are perfect, however I hear nothing but good things from my friends regarding the Garden sandwich. Good coffee and a friendly staff. The only thing keeping this from being a five-star review is the non-compostable cups/lids/utensils. [Edit 2022 - 2 stars] Not the same business/menu anymore, and they got rid of a lot of good stuff. Not sure why they inherited the reviews from Biscuit & Bean, that's kinda sketch. Very limited options for vegetarians.

I have really wanted to like them since they switched from Biscuit and Bean to Ballard Coffee Co, but have been disappointed every single time. Their biscuits are good when they aren't burnt, the eggs on the sandwiches are very bland and they are dry as they don't have sauce usually. I miss the salted caramel latte, the yummy sandwiches, honey butter and the homemade jam. Today we didn't even get bacon on our breakfast sandwiches, when on the menu it says bacon, egg and cheese. Didn't notice until we were home and too late to return. Its too bad and wish Biscuit and Bean would return... :((

The biscuit sandwich is THE BEST sandwich I have had. With the tomato jam too, it’s delicious!

Absolutely terrible. This used to be biscuit and bean and they claim they purchase the biscuit recipe but they are a pale comparison, don’t know how to cook or serve biscuits will never return!

Tldr: order Biscuit and Bean biscuits on Door Dash or UberEATS instead of trying to get them here. After Ballard Coffee Co. Took over from Biscuit and Bean I gave them a shot especially because they claimed they have Biscuit and Bean's Biscuits. I got the old original sandwich and a biscuit with raspberry jam. IT IS NOT THE SAME. The original sandwich is missing the critical tomato jam and the raspberry jam that came with the biscuit is NOT the fresh tart/sweet homemade in house jam of B and B instead it is super sweet, regular raspberry jam. The biscuit also didn't taste freshly made but rather hard on the outside from being reheated. If you miss Biscuit and Bean order their biscuits on Door Dash, that's what we've had to do and it's worth it! This being said I enjoyed the cinnamon roll and sandwich I ordered. But know that most of the stars for Ballard Coffee Co are from when they were biscuit and bean so disregard reviews that are older than May 2022.
