We just moved to the area and I haven't had a bad coffee yet. Some of the best tasting coffee I've had in a long time! All of the baristas are so sweet. The wait is a bit long, but for good reason! They are constantly busy and working hard, and getting through the lines quickly. Always worth the wait! 😊😊
Mercury’s delivers a quality cup, without fail, every time. The iced lattes and mochas rule, but the hot Matcha Green Tea deserves special mention as being the most outstanding tea you can get — anywhere. Forget the competition. Spend your money here and leave with a smile on your face!
The staff are wonderful and the coffee is great too. Amanda and her team are the best!

Lines could be long but so worth it! Good things don’t came fast. Super friendly staff and dog friendly team. Coffee have quality flavors. I won’t get coffee anywhere else I used to be a Bux maniac but now I’m team Mercury’s! I’ve gotten all of my friends hooked as well. But I support the staff mostly because they’re super awesome! I recommend the Caramel Silk with Soy!

I ordered caffe latte and didn’t asked them to put anything, but they put too much syrup on my coffee and I threw it. It seems like they don’t care about the customer’s order and I wasted my money
I thought I would never find another delicious coffee, other than Illy's. Then, I met Mercury next door! The coffee is smooth, flavorful, bold and delicious! You can taste the difference between their delicious roast and burnt Starbucks. Goodness! It's addicting. I just want to get Keurig packages if this brand. Nonetheless, after Illy's this is my go to coffee and nothing else. Thank you for saving my coffee pallet!

Everyday coffee destination for me and my friend. Warm welcome by employees, Customizable coffee and reward card is my favorite.
They expect you to not stand in line with the cars but on the side of the stand yet forget all about you and continue serving the drive through customers, ha!

I have been a regular at Mercury’s but I have had bad customer experience at their sammamish location (inglewood hill rd) a few times. They are supposed to close at 7 pm but everytime there is a male staff working there, he invariably says that he has shut the blender in advance today for cleaning (6:20) or another time he said he closed the espresso machine and offered a red bull at 6.30 pm. The female staff working over there do not throw such excuses.
They stand and talk to people and make the line super long when people behind them have places to be.
I'm a regular here, and for good reason. The coffee is great and the staff are very friendly and attentive! Only reasons they're not a 5-star place are: • There's no walk-in, only a walk-up, and the staff don't really have a reliable way to see where exactly you are "in line" so sometimes cars that arrive after you get served before you, and visa versa. • Rarely the coffee isn't stirred properly and there will be lumps of syrup and powder at the bottom. It's rare, but has happened on more than one occasion. Easily fixed by asking for a stir stick though and stirring some yourself, but I also don't expect a mistake like that at a professional coffee place. Even with these pain points though, for the price and quality, Mercury's is more than worth it!
Went to get my usual drink and they said they couldn’t make any blended drinks because it’s an hour before they close and they have to clean the blenders. so i left without buying anything. kind of disappointed

We opened the valpak envelop in front of them and they accepted the coupon and after order was giving they came back saying the coupon was expired and we requested them to honor it since we had placed the order but the manager was rude and dint care. We love the coffee but the customer service experience was Zero.
