I needed some coffee for my drive home and Dutch Brothers was perfect for coffee drinks!!!
Basic coffee shop setup for an easy drive-thru experience. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful with getting the perfect drink! Frequently get their Sweater weather, Kicker, and Mocha here. Always a great drink to help me get going before the days work! It does get busy, but generally fast service. It also provides a walk up window for customers, but dress appropriately as you wait outside. Seating is very nice in the summer months, but unprotected in the winter. Use at your own discretion.
While I don't care for large chain, "roast metric tons of coffee all at once" I do appreciate the convenience of chain coffee shops. This particular location is especially nice as it has the expanded hours that fits with my travels and the girls are always very friendly.
Why bother taking people's orders at the window if you're just going to throw the order after all the drive-thru orders? Worst and most unorganized Dutch Bros I've ever been too. This was my first and last time going to this location, I left empty handed.
Solid coffee, but really slow if you are in a hurry try another stand nearby.
Yuck. Terrible coffee and slow service. Support the local avenue espresso. Much better!
I have been a huge fan of dutch for years and always had mediocre service until I started going to this location in ground mound. I have been going to this location religiously since may as I now work graveyard at my job and they are the only place open. The broistas are top tier! the crew is just amazing any time of the day you go.I've had issues at other locations and I have driven out of my way (30mins) just to go get dutch from this location because this group that works here knows how to treat their customers. Keep up the amazing work everyone! ❤️💙

The barista who helped us was very friendly and answered my kids every time they said “hiii” -which was a lot of times, haha. Lovely service, the best coffee! Thank you!
I'm always met with a delightful greeting and an enthusiastic level of service. I don't go very often but this last time I purchased a black and white (tuxedo?) and really enjoyed it. Keep up the good work guys!
I’ve been going to this location for a year now. For the past two months every drink I get is made wrong and tastes bad… I order the same thing every time but somehow every time my drink tastes different. They lazily make their drinks. I was a barista before and I know what expired shots smell like. Every time I get a coffee the shots smell like they aren’t fresh. I got a frost from there and it tasted horrid and was barely a frost. It was straight liquid and looked like milk. I went and asked for a new drink and the lady at the window was super annoyed and asked “are you sure it tastes bad?” “Are you sure you want a new drink”. I’m always waiting at least 20 minutes for the two drinks that I get. I have caught many times them rolling their eyes at me when I try to make conversation, I also have watched them mess up on my drinks and them still hand it to me while saying it was made properly.
Go to drink shop for my wife and they even gave me a free drink(I took a rebel energy drink as I only drink coffee on cold days) for my birthday

Been to a few around the city and haven't had an issue stopped by this one for convenience and was treated like a mental patient ... idk if all of the other stores have made my drink wrong or just this one but the attitude and snoodyness has turned me away from buying at this location in the future
If you don’t Dutch you should. The options are limitless and even the bad ones are pretty good.
Not sure what has happened to this DB location. We used to come here all the time but lately our orders have been messed up (at least one drink per order). Today we ordered 2 drinks and one of them was made incorrectly. We turned back to get it fixed and it took them 3 tries to get it right. Also, they used to be awesome to chat with but now it's all business and they want you in and out and they get super frustrated when they have to correct an order.
Sweet, after work treat. Coffee was excellent, made to the liking. Great staff, lots of kudos and gas right there too if you need it.
Friendly staff, didn't wait to long drinks are always good. Watch out, soft top is good but can explode in your car, beware.
I used to be a fan... Ordered a salted caramel white chocolate and I got a caramel flavored milk drink. It wasn't good at all and whenever you say 'mocha' they use chocolate milk, even if you want White Chocolate. Some confusion there.
Always friendly, always consistent with drinks. Love Rochester DB. 💙
