Always funny to smoke free environment people are kind funny and friendly love this place I'll travel all the way from Tacoma just to go there
Lots of cool stuff. Some family friendly, like the new arcade. And obviously most of it all adult. . . Obviously. . . But if your not a fan of gambling or arcades or eating out in a crowded place, I'd avoid it. . . Food and everything else can be over priced. Smells heavily of cigarettes and smoke. . . Sometimes like some good kush. Lol. Great for gambling and if money's no worry other than that avoid if you don't like crowds and over priced stuff...
The machines don't really pay out only paid out a little 1 time out of 30 that I been there but the bar service is great not that expensive drinks got Hella parking and rv overnight parking so that's cool (: .
Enjoyed playing the games. When I joined the players club. I was given a really nice Robe, Thank you ilani angel.
Nice Smoke Free casino! We love that it’s non-smoking. Tons of table games and slots. Good food selection and a coffee shop.
My boyfriend and I went to get away for his birthday. Ilani was so beautiful and clean. We were greeted by Brent at the door who gave us a tour and he was amazing, Nathan in valer so polite , friendly helpful and explained all services. Jude at front desk reception was helpful and listened to get a manager when an issue came up and was such a well spoken young man , helpful and friendly. We will be back to see our favorite people and special thanks to Nathan, Brent and Jude you guys wowed us with service and hospitality. Food was great, gambling fun in a clean atmosphere and room was amazing thank you Ilani love Amber and Jerry
I struggle with the 4 rating because it is a really nice casino. But there are some flaws that are hard to overlook. This was our first time here, and we got a room. So we go to check in, and there is literally nowhere to park your car and check in by the hotel. They do offer valet services, but I don't usually like to use them, but when visiting this casino, you probably should, so you have a better experience. Because they tell you to go park in the garage that is on the opposite side of the casino and drag your luggage through the casino to check in. And that is ridiculous. The rooms were very nice. Comfortable bed with Spacious shower. And a small fridge that actually kept our drinks nice and chilled. We ate at the sports bar the first day the food was a 3 out of 5 just kind of average. We got lots of play time and had fun playing the different slots. I do have another complaint. The only food place open after hours was the coffee place, and not much of a selection of food was pretty disappointing when you're hungry later. The next day, we ate at Tom's Urban, and the food there was pretty good better than the sports bar. Overall, it is a kinda vegas feeling hotel and casino. But the parking situation when checking in just seems to have gotten overlooked in the design plans. And the eating situation after hours. So, I struggled with the rating. If not for those issues, there could be a 5 rating, but those issues almost push it to a 3. So they get a 4. I will most likely visit again.
As nice as any strip casino in Las Vegas, Ilani is a relatively new casino built in 2017. It is completely non smoking and there's an abundance of dining options and many open table games and thousands of slots. The cocktail waitresses are plentiful and friendly along with most of the staff on the floor. IMO,their rewards program is the most generous Of all the casinos here in Washington State. My only complaint is that the machines are pretty tight and cashing out Freeplay winnings you can expect to get 20-30% if you are lucky. I don't see many jackpots but the ones I do see are always a max bet. Sometimes it is not so much about hitting it big. Having a great experience and creating memories is a concept the ilani casino has nailed . Can't wait till next time, even with the 2 hour drive!
staff has always been helpful with a smile and ensure that you have every opportunity to have a good time. Until my first hotel stay that is. Now my rating has dropped significantly
Stopped here for coffee while on a road trip and was amazed at the cleanliness of the casino floor. No smoking too. I wasn't there for long at all, but honestly fantastic facility.
Just went for a meetup with a friend. We usually eat at the window restaurants but this time treated ourselves to Toms Urban.The food was amazing, best breakfast I have had in a very long time. The casino itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean. It appears they employ many people that keep it that way. I am not a big gambler but this is just a great place to visit regardless. They also have a kids play room which looked like it might even be fun for adults. I can't wait to go again.
This was the opening weekend for the hotel. They moved the opening up a week, in my opinion they should have moved it back a few instead. They were nowhere ready. Unless you call drywall dust in the floor molding in the bathroom, ready? The reservation program is not accurate. I reserved a king, with a view. When I checked in only queen was available, and no one had answers. Since I live so close to the casino/ hotel it really doesn't make sense to spend that kind of money unless it is special. The room or the occasion. It was our 32nd anniversary, so we splurged. I was overall very disappointed. At these current prices this will be a hard sell for us "locals "
Absolutely LOVE the new hotel that opens tomorrow. My friend who works there gave me a grand tour yesterday and I cannot be more impressed. It's incredible.
Hotel not open yet which is the reason. For 0 stars on rooms. Experience was great. Staff super friendly, lots of different machines and tables to choose from.
Gaming in casino is fun but do not gambling. I like to play in slots machine. Enjoy the lunch on seafoods restaurant, steak house or sushi bar is good choices.
My mom and friends come here for a few hours to play at the casino "girl's trip". Clean, lots different machines. I don't gamble so I ate at the food court. Prices were reasonable. I had a Cobb salad. It was delicious. Strawberry milkshake was delicious too!
For those wanting to stay in their own RV overnight, this is a great spot. Easy in and out from the interstate, friendly parking area staff, and a great paved area for the RV. No services, but the price cannot be beat !
Security don’t know what they’re doing very amateur…cage told them to write me a ticket to get my cash took them 1hr to do it took them another 10minutes to understand what I was talking about…I don’t drink by the way…same time lost my I.d they said they didn’t have it 1hour later they said they had it…wtf …clowns
All around, the majority of the staff is very personable and friendly; the beverage servers always have a smile for me; the day of the Storm on February 22nd 2023 I got stranded there, the full experience of having the full staff go out of their way when they saw I was having a hard time because I was unable to get home, Ilani staff stepped up and went out of their way to to get me a ride home and meals to eat, a shout out to Alvena, Sara and Tina in the food court and the two security staff that made sure I got a ride home. Thank you all for not making me feel bad for crying, you truly went above and beyond in your service. I appreciate your patience and kindness.
Really a 5 star, just bitter I'm terrible at gettin those winning games the way I play. Wish I could get a big one every time, will b back again to try to atleast get 1. Tonight/Morning had a great time even without getting lucky an getting to make some gains financially. Definitely will b back to try again knowing it will b worth it ether way.
