Why it doesn't get any better than having coffee here at Sitka! Molly the baker here is second to none. You will eat the most delicious baked goods you ever had. Check it out you will be very satisfied!

FINALLY! Fantastic food in Republic! My luncheon friend had a sandwich with a mocha coffee and I had a huge wrap with a cold drink. Both were incredibly delicious! No doubt I will be a very regular customer! We appreciated the cleanliness, the friendly atmosphere and prompt service. Plus, I LOVE sandwiches! I highly recommend going to SITKA'S for great coffee and their wonderful food!
Quite literally the best coffee I have ever had. Their espresso is legit and doesn’t need all the sugary BS. Their food is also delicious. I wish i lived closer so i could go there everyday.

Love the food, wish the cashier was a little more friendly, drinks are horrible tho which makes me sad but that burrito is bomb!

Had lunch, the smoked beef sandwich, with my daughter and good friend. It was Delicious! Good eats for good price! And their coffee is superb! Definitely worth the drive to have a beautiful setting and great food. Highly recommended!

I rode my motorcycle through here and stopped to warm up. I would ride back here just for the gluten free lemon muffins. Amazing
GF and I were in the mood for some tastey sweets. We had heard this place opened up again. They did not disappoint with their sweets. We got an assortment of goodies. We enjoyed our fresh goodies.

Just came across this place on a road trip, breakfast burrito bowl was amazing! Espresso drinks were superb, best of the trip so far, and we had tried many along the way, Don't miss it if you're in the area.
Awesome pulled porks sliders! The slaw and apples with pork and toasted bun is delish!
