Amazing customer service
I was in the area & stopped by. First of all, they have one side of their coffee stand closed off. Weird. The girl that worked Saturday, April 15th was rude. Really wish I didn’t tip her. Nothing gets on my nerves more when they slam the window in your face as soon as the transaction is done. The coffee was disgusting. Totally watered down. What a waste. I don’t understand how people give this place 5 stars. Must be personal friends because there is nothing good about this coffee stand. Edit: Despite this small business lies and response to my review, I stand by my one star review (wish I could give zero stars). You may want to rewatch video because there was no interaction between myself and the barista, besides her taking my order. She most definitely shut the window in my face. You should probably really go through processes again and also do better as a small business to keep customers happy. I would never go through your stand again and never recommend you. Go ahead and “report” my review lol. I stand by it 100%
On my first visit I was able to meet the owner and another batista who was in training. They were both very friendly. I got a red bull flavored drink drink and after they heard I had weight loss surgery, they were quick to offer sugar free options. They actively listened and did a fantastic job on the drinks. I have found my new coffee stand. Can't wait to try their other surgar free options.

Cute little drive-thru coffee stand that has lots of options that are delicious, both caffeinated and not. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable about what they offer.
We got a red bull spritzer and a “lemonade” the red bull spritzer was about 50% syrup 10% red bull and the rest was ice!!! The lemonade was disgraceful. Might as well been water with lemon peels. Would have rather drank my nephews dirty bath water. And for 5 dollars!!! I am astonished at the inappropriate and unprofessional talk the two women at the stand presented in front of us. I can definitely tell they were not raised with the grace of southerners charm. I’m appalled to say the least😡😤🤬
It's awesome and great staff, but the hours they have posted don't match the time it says it is.
I have been to many coffee shops but this is the only place that seems to Nail my buds. Their Coffee/Chai is one of the best and frankly big brands ain't got nothing on them. It's locally owned and quite underrated. If you haven't tried them, give them a chance. Try the Maple vanilla spiced chai. My favorite 😍 Hot or cold. Thank you Stephanie and Team for giving us an experience everytime.
Great family owned business. Stephanie made great coffee. Absolutely recommend.
This is my favor coffee spot. I love coffee and I have sampled many a places but no one makes Chai the way Southern charm does. Star bucks has nothing on this place. When in Puyallup. Visit southern charm and try their spicy chai hot or cold tell them how you like it and you will be blown.
The drinks were great and the barista very friendly. It was a great coffee date with my daughters
Wonderful locally owned coffee stand. Very professional and delicious! We are all so happy to have you back open and sharing happiness one cup at a time! 10/10 would recommend!

Sadly they were not wearing masks. Didn’t try their coffee because of it. Concerning for this reflection on other lack of hygiene and Covid protocols. Yikes!
