This place used to be excellent! Now it's just…okay. I keep coming back to see if it gets better, but I'm always left disappointed. They have messed up my order the last 3 times. I usually don't ask for them to fix them, but when I asked politely to get my drink fixed this time, the girl working looked really annoyed and had an attitude like I was being a nuisance. The tea is always somewhat warm when I get it and the ice already melted. They put way less boba than any other boba shop I've ever been to. The ingredients are fine, it seems like it's worker training that is lacking, since they do not know how to make the drinks correctly.
There was a big piece of eggshell in the fried rice. The custard buns were rock hard and not edible.
Terrible beef hot pot. The original broth was milk. Very tough meat. The rice was stale. Boba was ok and popcorn chicken ok. Altogether $80 for a poor experience. Not recommending. Stay away from hot pot items 😤
How can one not love this shop
I loved my Thai milk Boba!! And I tried the milk buns (fried) and custard bun (steamed) both were delicious. The milk buns were my favorite of the two. Friendly and helpful service.
taro milk tea was genuinely the worst I've had in my life. it was incredibly watery and had a bad aftertaste.
The food was inedible. We got popcorn chicken and a hot pot bowl. The popcorn chicken was gray and tasted rotten and the hotpot was cold and I could only find some lettuce leaves and a chunk of spam in the broth. The broth also tasted rotten. We threw it all away and went an got dinner somewhere else.
Three stars because we got a full refund. We order the original hot-pot. If you want decent hot-pot check out Minh’s restaurant instead. The hot-pot we received was so hilariously bad that it offended my ancestors.
I'll leave 2 stars because the drinks were good, and because it took so long we got free potstickers that we loved. We ordered the hot pot, I was under the impression you get this pot of boiling nroth and sides of meat and things to put on chopsticks and then dip it in etc but instead we got this like curdled milk soup with steak, fish, spam, yellow cabbage, some noodles. It wasn't that great. We were pretty disappointed :( atleast we tried. Service was really great though
Went a month or so back and was bummed to see that it not a traditional Hot Pot place. Everything was pre-made and pre-cooked, all put in a giant to-go cup, even though we ate inside.
The staff was great. When we went in there was no one and thought we had plenty of time, but shortly after there was a line. Drinks were great. My son loved the shrimp and fries also. They clear out the line fast if you know what you want.
The best! The best bubble tea. The best boba. However you want to word it. Just... the best. Chefs kisses.
This place gave me food poisoning. Despite the poor reviews, I decided to give this business a chance—I definitely regret that now. I would avoid this place at all costs.
Went to this place 3 times, and the bobas are made wrong every time. I don't taste any tea in my drinks. And it taste so watered down. Please fix this.
Extremely disappointed! I NEVER leave reviews (good or bad), but I felt the need to add my experience, so people save their money. The first thing we noticed was that we had not been given what we ordered. First off, we ordered potstickers for about $10 and they gave us buns instead. Second, when I opened the hotpot I was in disbelief. There was mushy lettuce, barely any noodles(even though we ordered extra noodles), and the broth was chunky like it was curdled, and smelt and looked like watery salty milk. Additionally, it had 0 spice and had NO BEEF…. sorry for yelling but WHAT DID I PAY FOR??? We spent about $70 and ended up throwing away most of it, after getting SICK! I mention how much we paid, because we are college students and don’t have money to throw away. So the fact that we threw the food away is a big deal! We also got boba from here, and it wasn’t bad. Truly, it was its only saving grace. However, that does not mean I ever would order it again from here. Anyways, please don’t go here until they make some serious changes! I would hate for a business to fail, but clearly they do not actually care about their customers seeing as there have been several reviews like mine over the last year. If you’re still reading, I hope you have a better day than I did.
I added a star because Popo USED to be amazing. They are now using half the flavor in milk teas to save on cost; it's quite literally milk. The color and the taste of the milk teas are so diluted, it is truly an $8 milk with boba at the bottom. The staff are friendly but the owners/management clearly don't care about the feedback that they have signs requesting. I really hope a different Boba place comes to Pullman!!
Very good teas here, plenty of nice, clean seating.
Always cancels doordash orders. Can never actually get any food from this place.
Pretty weird boba, but their popcorn chicken was bussin.
I love coming here! They have the friendliest and most understanding group of staff I've seen in Pullman. One girl in particular ( I think her name was Caitlin) was extremely personable and understanding. I was wanting to get a hotpot where we sit down at the tables and are served in cast iron bowls but she informed me that they are only doing take out orders. I was very upset but after she immediately offered a refund and her deepest apologies, I couldn't remain mad!
