A regular stop in my travels. Love the cantaloupe bubble tea! And the honeydew bubble tea. And the cucumber lavender lemonade……

Bad attitude while taking my order.
Went to go get a redbull after a super long day of work, the barista looked so annoyed taking my order, I asked can I get a smoothie and she said you don’t want a mocha instead? There’s a mocha already made like what?? If you don’t want to be there until 6 then close at 5 so you’re not annoyed next time.
Neither of the workers were wearing a face mask. Seriously? In this pandemic?! Something definitely needs to be done about that. Making sure to tell my friends not to go here.
Very disappointed neither of the ladies wore face masks. Not ok.
I don't frequent coffee shops that often but today I needed something refreshing with a kick! Tried this shop once before when I had just moved to town... And it is amazing!!! The barista was quick and friendly. The car before me ordered four Mango Blasters (excuse me if I got the name incorrect) and she had them out quickly and with a smile. I wish I had gotten her name, she was so friendly. great service!
So I usually choose Starbucks but I’m from Louisiana so it gets tiring I decided to try this little place. I must say the Java Chip frap is amazing!! And the woman working was ever so polite. She may be competing with the major coffee shop but I promise her politeness will go far and the smoothies are amazing too! Thank you so much for being ever so polite and having some good coffee.
Since I can't give it a negative 5 star I'll give it a 1 star.

Still Jammin. Jammin Java has been serving the Prosser community for several years offering that special touch the bigger brand names don’t. In my case, it’s the 32oz coffees and lattes. This is a smaller place that meets their customer needs when the larger places say: “that’s against our policy” or, “I’m sorry.” Yeah I’m sorry too, but I only do business with people that give me what I ask for. Or, a good reason not to other than just the rules. They compete with a major brand coffee shop across the street. And, a new coffee shop just built in the same lot. Some Brothers from Holland or something? Despite this, Jammin Java’s still jammin holding their own with a loyal customer base. A base that seldom strays, but when they do, they’re back. That’s the beauty of free market when you’re fortunate enough to witness it firsthand.
Nice people but terrible coffee. Can't stand Starbucks but I should have gone there. Quad shot was needed at 6:30AM to drive the last 4 hours home and it tasted like it was Folgers put through an espresso machine. Super bummed and couldn't even finish it despite the need for caffeine.
My coffee was not made correctly....:(
