Got an Iced Chai then went back for another and got a Dirty Iced Chai … best Chai I’ve had in a long time !! Def recommend!! Staff was very healthful and great quality!
An ideal and picturesque location. Love the window stop when we first visited on a quiet & cloudy Sunday morning. Great service from the barista who provided recommendations when they were out of pastries with no shame (Sluy's!). Love the sense of community and down to earth delivery. Medium-dark coffee on tap that was smooth. Definitely love the vibe and will come back to buy more coffee and store items. Skal!
Was walking by to go to the bakery and decided to stop for a chi tea latte, I’ve been drinking these for a good 25 years. Now everyone makes them a little different but hands down this was absolutely the best one I have ever had. If you are in town stop by!
Favorite coffee shop in Poulsbo. Good latte and awesome spot to post up and do some studying/work in the heart of downtown Poulsbo. The staff has been consistently friendly for the 2+ years I’ve been coming in. Much appreciated, especially considering how hard it’s been to stay fully staffed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great spot, great coffee, great costumer service!! Literally one of the best lattes I've had in the kitsap area! Not sure what the latest review is about, they were so sweet & generous, as well as accommodating. Specially in a time of short staffing! Kudos to this coffee shop & their staff. Cute atmosphere, the vibes & arch invite you in, the indie music & latte art makes you stay!! DO NOT SKIP. There's typically one barista so you might have to wait but so worth it!
If I could give less then one star I would. As someone who owns 3 businesses in our town, 1 of which is a VERY successful coffee house, I am shocked and appaled about the HORRIBLE customer service we received tonight. From asking the barista if she could please pour some of my americano out to add the extra cream and whip cream I asked for when ordering because upon handing me my cup it was missing, and her telling me "she didn't have to dump any out" 😳 To them forgetting my sugar free red bull and when I let them know we were still waiting for it, the other girl, clearly a manager, said we didn't pay for it, I said oh we ordered it, the first girl said "no, you asked if we had sugar free red bull" 😳 So I ordered one again, the first girl then rang me up for an entire spritzer, costing 6.25 for a can, I asked if that was the price for just a can, the manager came over and said no, and was going to refund me, while starting the process of refunding me, I let her know that the girl who helped me treated us rudely, that girl then proceeded to, in front of us at the espresso machine, start shaking her head and laughing at us, WOW! I pointed it out to her manager that she is now laughing at me as you can see, that manager, then called me a Karen told me i was raising my voice, I wasn't, put her boss on speaker phone, proceeded to yell at me, put the camera on me so her boss could see, pointing the phone at me, her other boss came in, heard her cuss at me, she thew my credit Card at me, AT. ME. ON. THE GROUND. Repeatedly yelling at me, badgering me, horrible, ALLLLLLL while these bosses did nothing, my mom had to record the whole thing because it was so shocking!!! Never in our lives have we been treated like this. NEVER under any circumstances is it ok to laugh at a customer, cuss at them or call them names, NEVER. This place should be absolutely ashamed. I will post on social media also and I expect an absolute apology. This whole process was stressful, embarrassing
Just witnessed the worst customer experience I've ever had. Stopped in for coffee with my two daughters after a fun day at the tacoma dome, only to be blind sided by two very rude barista's. We were yelled at, sweared at, called names, and even had our credit card thrown at us. All because we complained about one of them being rude. And being overcharged for an item. The owner even showed up and witnessed his employee talking to customers that way, and did nothing to defuse the situation. Clearly his employee was out of control and out of line. I wish I could give less then 1 star. Will NEVER go back!

Really outstanding roast. Just dark enough to bring out the full flavor. Balanced blend of beans. New favorite.
Great atmosphere. I can be picky when it comes to coffee shops, but what I had seemed to hurt my belly. Tasted good tho.

Please learn how to make a matcha latte. The matcha powder was not mixed in and caked on the bottom of the drink. After asking them to mix it correctly, they said they did their best. So gross I couldn't mix it myself and had to toss it out.
I walked in at 4:58. The barista looked at me and deadpanned “We’re closed”. I’ll find another ☕️ shop who wants my $
