Outstanding business and Excellent meals to go!
Well worth stopping by for a meal. You are always sincerely welcomed. The serving portions are generous. Food is very good. I go there on a regular basis. Highly recommend!

We hired GBF to cater our wedding reception at the Northwest Maritime Center in Port Townsend. They were wonderful. Very attentive, professional, and the food was great! They even gave us a wedding gift! Amazing! We’d highly recommend Thysen and company for any catering for your special event. Thank you so much for providing great food and a fun atmosphere for our guests!
I have been hearing about GBF Catering since I moved to paradise Bay, but I didn’t try it until last Friday. They had “Thanksgiving in July “ & so my Mom and I finally decided to give it a try….& we are so glad we did!! The Turkey was moist, the stuffing was fantastic! Green beans, sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce! Plus a roll with butter and gravy! And for dessert there was a pumpkin pie dessert to die for! I am so pleased with this place and it was easy to get to; directions to the place is on the website. The cook/owner came to the car and personally greeted us (impressive) and they even had a bottle of wine for those who wanted some wine with dinner, for a little extra. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who wants a full course dinner and to treat themselves!!!! It’s the BEST!!!
Outstanding food!
No doubt the best acclaims I have ever eaten, Alaska, BC, WA or OR. And we three just added exclamations between bites. Barely room for the fabulous desert.

Outstanding! I would give 6 stars if I could. We tried GBF for the first time today for our Thanksgiving dinner. Pickup was smooth and easy, people were super-friendly, portions were generous and absolutely delicious! We will definitely be return customers!
