Started getting ads from them even though they told me my number wouldn't be used for promotions, just points. Liars. And their drinks are overpriced.

Iced ELEVATE was my swig today. Loved it.
We stayed the weekend in Pasco for our son's karate tournament and wanted to avoid the looong lines at the usual coffee shops. My wife found this gem only a few minutes away from our hotel. Upon arrival the staff was swift and friendly. Sean recognized my son's karate gear and made polite conversation with us while we waited for our drinks. The vibe of the store was very welcoming and the coffee was delicious. We will visit again soon.
I feel like rating this really low just to keep people away. Just kidding. I love this place. The crew is friendly and great coffee. Sometimes the line gets stacked up and can be busy but that's speaks for itself that is is well liked. I appreciate when I come here, I always feel welcome and know that I won't be disappointed. Thanks for always brightening my day.
Royal treatment for Marley at Swiggs coffee Bar! Shout out to Pearla! Also, they have the best coffee in town! If you want to see just how good their coffee is, order my fav... 3 shots, 1 1/2 Oz cream, hot! Enjoy! :)
Swigg coffee and barracuda coffee is top notch (chefs kiss) I always have great experiences with swigg and their employees I love how involved the owner is and I can’t wait til they open more branches (hoping one is closer to me) until then I don’t mind the 15 minute drive to get there ❤️
Coffee tastes really good. Honestly it’s probably the best in the Tri-Cities and I would recommend it to everyone. Unfortunately One star for the bare handed touching your straw gets before they drop it in your drink. Do they keep their hands clean? Perhaps but in between every drink they are also handling the card reader that gets passed to every customer. Very unsanitary. Owner below said they take care of handling the straw in a area not put in the drink or where your mouth goes but on today’s visit the barista clearly grabbed the straw directly from the top of it. Had to swap out the straw at home.
Amazing coffee and amazing staff. Definitely will return.

Wife and I love this place. We are visiting from Georgia (originally from NY) and have never enjoyed such good coffee and drinks. We enjoyed the muffins and scones as well. The servers were very friendly which topped it off as a 5 star rating.
Amazing well trained team who makes really great coffee! Locally roasted coffee too! Beans to go, for home.
The coffee is good but overpriced and be sure to ask for light ice, good grief! I just paid $7 for probably 4oz of actual drink, the entire cup was filled with pebble ice!
Going to swigg is my new routine now, zoey always brings a smile to my face and the service is quick
