This place is a joke. The staff literally couldn't tell me what's in their bubble tea, they said "I have no idea what's in there, if it's real or not"... I don't know about you, but I like to actually know what I'm putting in my body.
Her hair was down she had gloves on and touching her hair. Both of the girls ware taking and talking and not doing there job they took 20 minutes making 2 bobas
I love this place, I am hoping they open store in Kennewick or Richland. The staff is nice and yummy boba tea.
Drive through they are really nice I don't order food just energy drinks red bull with flavored tea and popping pearls

We drove out here because they said they were open until 8:30 but they are not. Really disappointed.
This please use to be my go to boba place but after 5th to 6th. I usually get Thai tea and Taro but my drink was mostly milk. I didn’t taste the tea or the tarp but all milk. Also I got like just a couple of tapioca.
I found hair, and I said peach they gave me mango inted.
Yummy! I got the Mango fruit tea with blueberry popping pearls. Perfect balance of refreshing sweet and tart. My daughter had the Thai milk tea when Oreo cheesecake. Soooo creamy, like a dessert and tea combo.
Waited in line 20 minutes for a drink, with two cars In front of me. Once it was my turn I witnessed both employees just slow and take their sweet time making two red Bull drinks. I would have never written a review but what I saw next was unprofessional and disgusting. While making my drink guy employee pulls out his retainer and readjusts it. I was so disgusted by this sight! Didn’t even ask for a refund and didn’t drink my drinks.
Big fan of boba/bubble tea here. I've tried all kinds of boba tea places here in tri-cities and this place is by far the best one yet. Go see for yourself lol. Luv tapioca ❤️
Every drink I've had from Pearl was perfectly made and tasted amazing.
We're always on the look-out for a good boba place. Sadly, our order was incorrect and we had to go back (drive-thru) to get it fixed. My husband order a traditional milk tea and it was JUST MILK. When he went back, the rude girl (with ridiculously long nails) decided it wasn't her fault she made the drink incorrectly. She tried to push it onto my husband that it was his fault. He asked for a refund or to remake his drink correctly. She finally conceded and remade the drink as ordered. It still wasn't correct because he had asked for no sweetness and she apparently added quite a bit of sugar. I noticed that was the same issue with my drink. This was the first visit and last.
I would rate it higher if I could. There boba is fantastic! Soft and chewy. Done just right. Tried the original and the mango milk tea. Both great. Probably prefer the original. However heads up that only their original milk tea is made with tea. You have to request the other “milk teas” to be made with tea…

Time wise it took a little long to get our drinks, I got a strawberry milk tea and a peach milk tea. The peach milk tea was very good while the strawberry one lacked flavor.
There was a teenager who gave really bad customer service like if you know you are not social why attend customers, we were really disappointed especially because we simply just wanted to enjoy our boba… and every time we come all our drinks are always under-filled. How embarrassing
