It was okay nothing special
We ordered sugar free decaf granitas, and were handed caffeinated coffee and told that's all they had. Then we were upcharged for two pumps of syrup that we didn't ask for or get.
I LOVE THE CUTOMER SERVICE AND THE GIRLS ARE VERY RESPONSIBLE AND RESPECTFUL AND VERY FUNNY WHEN HAVING A CONVERSATION

I love the mocha granita made with water I go thru the drive thru idk what everyone talking about they are pretty fast and the mocha granitas are soooo good
I always loved this place and would recommend it to a friend. They do currently have 1 employee that could greatly benefit from some training tho. Or perhaps Priscilla might think about working in a non service environment lol.
Not only do we have to stand outside till is our turn to go in which one time it took for ever. Inside there's clothes all over the floor, the isle are very narrow two shopping carts can NOT go through, then finally the line to wait for a cashier it's ridiculous i waited for 40 mn. for my turn. NO, I WILL NOT RETURNED UNTIL COVID-19 IS OVER!!!
Love the strawberry infused redbulls!! Too bad they can't open on time! Called and gal that answer said that they open at 630am but if things are not done they open a little later!! Maybe they need to change their sign to "might open a little later than 630am" they want to run a business I suggest to hire responsible employees.

In my opinion they have the best chai in town. However the super slow service and horrible bad customer service is stopping me from going back. There is one barista who rather chat and hang out with whoever holding up the drive thru window, ignoring anyone that comes in.

The clerks would rather be on the phone. Last time I went there I got a wrap and it was so soggy
They have 3 kinds of lemonade apparently - from the soda machine, from a can or fresh (I think). I tried the fresh one and it was pretty watered down and took quite some time to make (might have been busy inside). They are sort of hidden along the side of the gas station and their entrance is right next to the car wash so make sure you go in the correct one cuz they look the same! I would likely try them again, they seem to have a pretty good menu.
The service is good. But was better before change of ownership.
I've known this place all my life I grew up drinking the famous "milk granita" definitely recommend!!
Better if they had buscuits and gray qlk rhe time. Every time i go they are out or they only do it during school hours.
I ordered a mocha granita with no whip cream and got a carmel granita WITH whip cream.. Can't even get the order right, plus it took forever and I had to go so I couldn't even ask them to remake it. I won't be going back. 🙄
