Delicious drinks and great friendly service! Always a quick turnaround.
I used to go here all the time. Good coffee, nice staff. Problem is, I got sick of waiting 20 minutes in line with no movement before work. I finally gave up. This place needs more staff during peak hours.
The girls that work here need customer service training. SO rude! Ordered my fiance a giftcard since he works down the road, the gal rolled her eyes at me... According to the fiance, the girls aren't very nice to him either....

First time trying Dirty Chai and I really like it. Blackbird and Chai was referred by a coworker of mine that come here.
Best flavor in town. Bit out of the way for me, but worth the effort when I can. Great food. Nice people. Needs a sitting room.
Building is nice, however the service is incredibly slow. We actually left after the line didn't move for 15 minutes.

Coffee is good and service was great. Though, after almost finishing my drink I found a clipped nail in it!! Hope this was the only one in my drink. Did I do something to get a clipped nail in my drink?
DESIREE!!! Wow she’s phenomenal. First visit DEFINITELY will not be our last. All by herself squared away car after car with big orders all by herself. When it was our turn, she just had the most upbeat vibe, her energy and customer service is top notch. Not to mention our drinks were AMAZING. Thx Desiree for making our first time experience epic.

Good coffee. A quad+1 mocha is not too sweet and well flavored. Regular mocha is mild but creamy. Prices are decent and staff cheerful. We'll stop again if we're in the area.
That have given me excellent and exceptional service every time I have been there!! I will always go back for more of the Chai Tea with 3 shots of white espresso and carmel...Excellent!! Thomas
