Was ignored at the walk up window, even when no cars were there. Told their online system was down, so they made my order there. They gave me a normal size, but had ordered an extra large. I let them know and they just shut the window and put the drink back in the blender and added ice. Coffee came out too icy and staff was very rude. Save the trip and go somewhere else.

I ordered a 16 oz Americano, tipped $2, and asked them to put 2 or 3 ice cubes in so I wouldn't scald my tongue. They put so much ice in that the beverage was room temperature by the time I took a sip. I went back and asked for a hot Americano, and the gal made it, but was visibly put-out, and looked at me with disdain. I'm not going back here again.

This was the worst experience ever. Worker was pretty rude. And to top it off the matcha had big chunks at the bottom of the cup it was not drinkable. Not coming back again.

this place is so rude to the customers. i went in with my twin sister and it was our birthday, i told the lady who was taking me and my sisters order that we were twins. she said “i can see that😒” she was being so rude not wanting to give us the drink that we asked for. we were patiently waiting for our drink and it took about 20-30 minutes when there was barely any people there and a lot of staff. One of the workers is friends with my cousin and she told her that there used to be mice in the drink area and around the sitting place. i wouldn’t recommend going here. thanks!

The barista was a little lost with our order. Sent it back 1 time to add more cream. I had asked for extra sweet and didn't realize until after pulling away, that it was far from sweet. Also I ordered cold brew, but she poured from the a "hot" container and the ice melted...kinda of defeated the purpose of "cold brew"

Honestly love roasters but my heart goes out the workers, I’ve recently started going earlier than normal and there is alway a line of cars and people at the window but only one barista, because of this the wait is always longer. I know it’s not their fault but managements. I hope they realize that it is a busy time and start scheduling more than one person.
