My favorite baristas in Tri-Cities. Very friendly, even when I'm grumpy before I've had my coffee.
Much better than Starbucks
Always a great place to go and get good drinks.
I love this place. The drinks are good, friendly staff and many locations in the tri cities
What can I say? Amazing coffee, beautiful, friendly people. Keep up the good work!
Great coffee with amazing customer service walk in or drive though. The choice is yours but the coffee is very good.
Always extremely friendly and my drink was spot on.
Stop here almost every morning before work. Friendly employees and great drinks. Preferred stop on my way to carshows.
When I am in the Tri-City area I always go to black rock coffee they make some dang good coffee it's perfect everytime
1st time here. Not being a coffee fan, I had a strawberry smoothie. It was good. They made it quickly. There were plenty of tables inside to meet a small group. It was nice.
Great staff! I would go more often to work but the music is WAY too loud. Not a place to go if you're trying to visit with someone or focus on work. They should consider turning it down.
I was visiting from Boise and was excited to see an horchata drink on the menu. It was delicious! The baristas were all friendly, and they laughed at my uncomfortable jokes. I’ll be stopping by this location when I’m back in the area.
This was previously a five start review. Since Black Rock took over the drinks have gone downhill, the energy drink has an after taste and the coffee isn't very good either.
Bought a strawberry smoothie and there's so many full unbroken large chunks of ice in there it looks like I asked for a soda.
Had the Sunrise energy drink. Love it. They have seasonal rotating flavors of energy drinks & coffee. I love the Mexican Mocha. They have a rewards system, u just use ur phone number.
Used to LOVE this place when it was Roaster's. I don't know what they changed, but when Black Rock took over, their coffee went way downhill. I don't know if it's substandard coffee? If it's substandard flavoring? Definitely don't like it anymore. If I can find a coffee place where you can go inside to sit (other than Starbucks - hate that place), then we'll be switching places.
They have an awesome staff, no matter what time of day, always friendly, and energetic.
Rude staff member at window. Dont know her name, but it was earlier in day on Friday. Black hair and thick black false eyelashes. No smile, no thank you. Thecoffee was so hot i couldnt hold or touch it, handed it back to her. She argued about how they came. Told her twice to take it back i couldnt hold it. Almost dropped it handing it to her before she finaly took it and almost dropped it herself. Rude, deadpan face, tolledher eyes. The situation only improved when a guy stepped in and took over. Same rude girl as before. Ive had three horrific service timrs with her, and i wont be back. Everytime a supervisor or coworker intervenes because they see she is rude. Obvipusly retraining doesnt help. Not only will i not return i will post everywhete about my experience there. A bad coffee is one thing, but rude service and being handed a cup with loose lid and so hot i cant touch is another. And didnt dawn on her to offer to take the coffee and put on a sleeve or seco d cup, or even offer to remake it. When i asked to remake she said. Tbry ate all thathot. Again, no sorry, no smile, no thank you . Only an eye roll to a coworket. Pathetic. Jana
Roasters used to be my Best place to get my almost every day Coffee 😐 . They are doing something different to their coffee for Months now because is not longer good as before. that’s sad because I used to love their Coffee 😥
Yeah, no, demanding tip when they have an attitude and judging the flavors I picked.. disrespectful little girls.
