Best place for Breakfast and lunch in town. We had lunch but could tell that this would be the place to also come for breakfast. I had a turkey croissant with a side of salad. It was excellent and the ladies working the counter each took turns stopping by to serve the food or see if we needed anything. My party enjoyed a beer with their meals. We sat outside on the porch and it was the perfect day, not too hot or cold. Great porch setting and atmosphere.

I am not quite sure I understand the great reviews for this place. Service was quite slow standing at the counter to order as there was only one person who was juggling with working the till, making coffee and serving food to the tables. We ordered the country hash, which was made and served quickly and tasted OK. We also got drip coffees... for a place that calls itself a coffee roaster, the drip coffee is NOT good at all. It is strange that they don't seem to have different varieties available (light, medium, dark roast?) available to choose from.

Good coffee.. Food well not as well . May have been a day off. Out of a group of 4, no one had anything positive to say about the food

Service and flavor were terrific. Only complaint is that my food wasn't super hot, but still gets 5 stars :)

Excellent food, especially if you want something with healthier choices. Sandwich was huge and I could have split it but was so good I ate it all. Cozy feel inside.

Was not impressed at all. Spent a lot of money for no one to eat it. Potatoes tasted old and hard , ketchup bottle was grimy and almost empty, biscuits and gravy was the worst I’ve tasted, completely watered down and no flavor and the fruit was old. My coffee tasted like watered down americano and asked for a quad shot but you could see through it. Will not return when visiting. Shortly after we got our food I heard the waitress say the kitchen was closed. It was 11am.

I ordered the biscuits and gravy and there were 2 singular bits of meat on it that was it, but it’s a cute place and the people are nice

Very expensive. Gravy ver runny. $70 for 3 of us. Bisquit and milk should never be more than $7, Unless huge. This was normal size for $14

Rudest service I’ve ever had! Was told 20-30 minutes for food and our order was clearly forgotten. Friends were given their food who ordered after us and then they were told we still had 3 people ahead of us and 2 after us. Friends finished eating and 50 minutes after waiting we were told I had another 20-30 minutes to wait for our food. The blonde woman taking the orders said to me very rudely when I asked if we could get our food in a to go box and asked how much longer it would be since we we had already waited 50 minutes, “I told you it would be about an hour when you ordered your food. We can do it to go and it will be about another 10-20 minutes.” When I reminded her we were told 20-30 minutes when we placed our order she argued with me and offered a refund. Well ma’am we have already been waiting now an hour for our food. We should get a refund AND our food especially with how I was spoken to. Our friends who ordered after us had been served and were done eating when I finally asked about our food. Everyone has now been serviced in this restaurant except for us. If you lost our order apologize and move it up! Don’t keep it at the bottom of the order pile! I had high hopes for this place because the menu looked great but I won’t be back due to their extremely unprofessional and rude attitude to their customers. When I said to her “I understand you’ve had a busy day but I don’t appreciate the attitude for asking a question and asking for it to go” she scoffed at me. Total wait time when I finally got the food was just over an hour.

Great food, atmosphere, but for a coffee shop it is problematic that their wifi is never working …

Visited while on a family vacation, had to wait about 20+min; love it here! Worth the visit, if you have the patience or time to wait for a table, if you have too.

It has become pure tradition to go here before departing Ocean Shores and we have been doing it for years. OBR has lots of delicious menu items, all using high quality ingredients and is one of the only restaurants in Ocean Shores that serves high quality food. High quality meaning fresh produce and salt isn't the main seasoning. After a week of 'out' food, eating here is like a breath of fresh air. So good that we've decided to only go to breakfast here, multiple times instead of other restaurants. The Croissant breakfast sandwich is just awesome! It came with fruit and the fruit wasn't canned like typically in the winter but fresh orange slices, pineapple and a half kiwi! If you are like us and enjoy real food (not just junk), OBC is the place! AND their coffee is better than Starbucks and I am a fan of Starbucks.

Very good, genuinely tastes and feels like someone just made you a good breakfast at home not overly large portions or heavy salt like a lot of breakfast spots. Would definitely come back our next time in town

If you like pretentiousness and self service then this is your spot. Menu is short and full of exotic dishes that I wouldn’t eat for breakfast. Not sure how they got all the high ratings. Find I’m your own table, walk to the counter to order your food and they bring it… all self service.
