Fireplace and indoor seating is great. It's also open late, for an evening tea.

Went through their drive through to get a bagel and it took an exceptionally long time and then when I opened my bagel it was burned so badly that it was totally inedible. Just totally black on both sides. Has to throw it straight in the trash.
It was not the drink I ordered but the Carmel latte I received was OUT OF THIS WORLD! 10/10
They have great breakfast and lunch sandwiches, good coffee and a variety of other drinks and pastries. They have excellent staff and everything is very reasonably priced. Only con is they do get very busy sometimes so it can be a 15 min wait during peak times but that's really not bad all things considered! Pro tip: their drinks are on the sweet side so if you're like me ask for half sweet!
Breakfast burrito was terrible. I ordered 2 lattes and a smooth too. Love your coffee, however I don't plan on ordering food in the future. Very disappointing.
This is absolutely my favorite place to go for coffee. I stop by everyday before and after work.

The baristas that work here are so sweet and very helpful! I ordered a vanilla latte, and it was the perfect combination of vanilla, milk and espresso. We also got a bag of beans to go. We have been enjoying those at home. I can’t wait to go back, maybe to work remotely, or to get cozy on their patio with a coffee.

Best tasting coffee around here in the Lynnwood area, I have not had one rude or troubled barista since I have been coming here for the past 2 years, love the staff and how fast friendly and efficient they are...
My favorite place to hang out and get work done. I love the atmosphere, all the raw wood and plants make for a cozy vibe, and everyone who works there is super friendly. Coffee ain't bad either!
Food and lattes are delicious! Especially love the bagel breakfast sandwich:) Sometimes I have to wait a while at the till until a barista can take my order. But other than that I really love this place!
Best coffee shop in the mlt, edmonds, Lynnwood area. I won't go anywhere else for coffee unless I have too. Management and team are all super sweet and have wonderful customer service 🖤
