Lotus drinks hit different. Food is kinda mid tho I used to get biscuits and gravy here half the time it would be nice and hot the other half the time it would be cold and the biscuit would be hard. Fast service for a coffee shop too.
We love going to small little coffee shops, so we decided to come here while we were in town for the RV show. The batista helped us since we weren't familiar with the menu. She made us some good drinks! We got a vanilla latte and a spiced chai. Definitely loved this place, and we will be back. They even gave us some doggy biscuits.
I love NW Coffee, the baristas are friendly and the drinks are consistently awesome. Try the lavender lemonade!
Lovely service from the staff and the coffee was delicious. I was recommended a coffee spot that would be easier on my tummy and taste less bitter than regular and I loved it. I gave 5 stars for all of this. My only problem is, and this is for pretty much ALL coffee places, to make a coffee iced you really don't have to fill the entire cup up with ice. I finished that delicious coffee far too quickly and when I was done the cup was still filled to the top with ice. But that's my fault. I forgot to ask for only an inch of ice. It's just an awful lot of money to spend on a drink that if it was hot it would have been filled to the brim.
First time there. Great coffee, great staff. Didn't know what I wanted that day, but they helped me figure it out. Update: Still a great place for coffee and Blue Lotus drinks 👍 my regular spot now.
The stand is conveniently located just off west main street in Monroe in the 17400 block. They have a delicious menu, speedy service, and their my neighbors and have been very respectful to us and their community. It's so nice to walk over or drive to get a delicious coffee.

The ladies that work here are always friendly!! Everyone remembers my drink =) and are always dressed great never lazy looking or thrown together ❤ 🙃 always up beat and personable Destinee is always nice towards be and brightens my day !!! Great group of girls and the drinks are always correct 👌
When our previous regular stand closed down, we tried out this one, and it's our new go-to. Great drinks, friendly staff, easy to get into and out of on a busy street.

Northwest coffee is a good place. Normal styles of coffee at a reasonable price. Would like to see some standardized modern styles offered like sugar free but if you ask they will make them. I will continue to stop by weekly as they have great customer service.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Monroe. The staff is great, and they usually do not have too long of a line. That said, they are a bit pricey and charge if you use a card.
The owner has just fired the best barista there her name is Rachel. Stephanie has gotten bad info about her I and my family will no longer be going there after 16 years
