All of the baristas are very nice, friendly and professional. Coffee is fantastic. My issue continues to be the double lane...I understand it is there to avoid too many cars lined up...but what it ends up doing is creating aggravation. I've been there MANY times, 3 times a week at least, where ive been in line for 5-10 minutes, when someone pulls into the shorter lane and tries to get ahead of me. I've even had someone yell at ME for not letting them in...when I was clearly there before them. This is literally the only place this becomes an issue. My time is important too and I'm not going to let someone take advantage of me. This is my only issue but it's a big one.
Edit: previous 5 star has to drop. We live over an hour north and on special weekends we bring our daughter down for a chocolate milk. She loves them. But twice now they’ve put ice in them (gross, and also not standard practice at DB). So… unhappy little girl. I know, on us for not checking, but we haven’t had to for years now, across the country. It’s a little thing, but it’s not so little with that long of a drive and a lil girls special day drink.

You pull up. Depending on the line can be greeted by an employee eager to take your order and payment in queue. On a rare occasion you can catch them with less than 3 cars waiting, they take your order at the window. Music is always playing and they like to keep things punny. Their signature rebel energy drink mixes well with everything. Monthly specials are always great.
Great drink... drive thru lineup looked like a nightmare though! Walk up service was super quick and easy.
The best customer service, hands down! I don't think their drinks are the best but, they are good! The Staff makes this establishment amazing!!
This was my first time ever at a Dutch Bros. I was glad that I looked up their menu prior to going since they seem to only serve what is on the menu. I decided on a golden eagle, which was fabulous! I enjoyed it very much and will be back to try more.

I have never had a bad experience at the Dutch Bros in Marysville. Friendly staff, get orders out quick. Never messed up on my drinks.
Only downside is the prices keep going up.
My to-go place for coffee. Don't waste your money at Starbucks. Dutch Bros has much better coffee and a wider selection.

It's a little difficult to get into the parking lot but totally worth it. This is one of the friendliest staffed locations I've been to and I'm a BIG FAN of DB. Somehow the line seems to move faster than others. They always ask if I have their app for points if I forget to show them my QR code. Most importantly, the pricing is consistent at this location making it worth the drive despite there being one close enough for me to walk to. Fantastic! This location and its staff truly embody what makes Dutch Bros special. In an area where coffee is such a huge part of the culture, they are absolute Rock Stars!
Learned there was a little walk up window, the kids begged to walk up of course. The employees inside were super friendly and had lots of suggestions because I'd only been there once years ago. Delicious drinks and wonderful service!
Seen Dutch Bros outlets all over the i5 route to Portland and finally found one in WA when I really need a caffeine kick. From what I have read, they have super friendly staff and it was true! Very friendly staff who listen and make the order accordingly. Bought regular cappuccino and holiday special - Peppermint Mocha. Both of them were good. Liked the Peppermint Mocha as it was not very sweet! Their cup is awesome and the pout makes it easy to drink!
