Was an ok/good experience. First time here. I usually order the same thing at every coffee shop, and don't expect them to all taste exactly the same, but this one was way off. I like white mocha and this was too close to just mocha (like more of a chocolate taste). Maybe they misunderstood or maybe I was just expecting it to be way sweeter... I'm totally willing to try it again though! The line was long, we waited close to 20 minutes. A cute lil place, I love unique!.

This red rail is by far my favorite my drink is always right,and the girls are all super awesome.
They make the best London Fog! Your service experience may vary person to person but the drinks usually taste the same! The mocha milkshakes are also to die for!
They are almost %100 consistent on how there drinks taste. If you frequently go somewhere you know what I mean. The Baristas are super nice. If you do not know what you want they will help you.
I loved my lotus natural energy drink and the customer service here is exceptional! I recommend this locally owned coffee shop ❤️I asked the barista to surprise me with a flavor with my lotus and she did a great job with the flavors and even asked me if I liked it once she gave it to me.

Just went today and had a good muffin and good service but 2 different ppl did not really pay attention I said my order then say okay they got it got ot wrong then fix it but I said no wip cream 2 times and they still put it.
Seriously good coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Bagel sandwich and scones were amazing. Very glad we stopped by while passing through town.

Always a good experience at redrail. I am from out of town but visit for family and I can not only get my lotus here but they always make it as sweet as I like it! That's hard to get at some competing companies near by. And they are fast yet sweet. I never mind waiting if I hit the rush. 😊
Small local owned coffee and smoothie store. Staff are always very friendly and happy. The prices for the drinks are right in line with most coffee shops. The drinks are always made well. For the smoothies they use the island oasis brand mix. Taste is very good. They have a punch card that gets you your 10th drink free. They also have a board that lists the special of the day. Highly recommend and is my goto spot for drinks.
Red Rail has the best coffee in the Tri-Cities! I moved from Portland and have been trying to find a decent coffee place. Both Dutch Bros and Roasters (Black Rock) taste very watered down. I only get an Americano, so the taste of the coffee is really important to me. Hands down best coffee around and better than my favorite Portland coffee shop.
