Been coming here for years. I don't think the new girls realize that, customers can hear them complain about their drinks.
Usually I absolutely love this place, I’ve recommended it to everyone I know who enjoys americanos. I used to say they had the best in town. For some reason, this last week they’ve gone down hill, none of the drinks that i’ve bought at least 30 times or more, before taste the same and today was the straw that broke the camels back. I asked for what I order every day, an iced americano with almond milk and sf vanilla, today they gave me straight up espesso, black with nothing in it. I tipped and im so disappointed
One of the best coffee shops in Washington. Whether you need a classic coffee or frozen mocha, you won’t regret stopping here. They have delicious breakfast sandwiches as well!

They have 2 locations. I can't recommend you do or don't go to either one of them because it's never the same twice (regardless of which location you visit) . Sometimes it's good, Sometimes it's terrible. Sometimes they have the best milkshakes in town and sometimes it's a total waste of money 💰, I'm done going there, I like the employees but not enough to Pay Just to see them, If you know what I mean. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a basic amount of consistency 🤔
Out of 5 drinks, 2 tasted exceptionally good. The others lacked needed flavor.

Not big on coffee but I'm obsessed with their Mocha Milkshakes with caramel and whipp. Perfect summer treat!
Red rail is the best shop in town and there customer service is really good they treat people with respect.
I go here for the. Red bull energy drinks and i absolutely love them!! Just had blended raspberry and dragon fruit today. So happy!

Can’t give my little brother a free birthday drink, his favorite place, because he doesn’t have an ID at the age of 13. Sad.

Nice little coffee spot drinks and good and have a wide variety. The staff at both locations can get the line down quickly and they offer some good breakfast items as well

So I grew up in the Seattle area born and raised and all I knew was Starbucks and being told Starbucks Starbucks Starbucks. So the mother half ago on my way coming back from taking my kids to school services busy and I was like forget it I’m just gonna go home but I kept remembering That’s always busy maybe I should go check it out now that Starbucks got rid of all my drinks that I could have because I’m diabetic. Best decision of my life not only as a customer service amazing the drinks are great I love looking forward to seeing all the staff only thing that sucks is the intersection but that is not the stores fault. As long as I’m living near this area I will not go back to Starbucks this is my new home.
Their coffee and tea is delicious and for thw price you can't beat it! Ladies there are always super sweet and the punch card deal is perfect. Love this place

Excellent service and coffee, rarely is there a long wait for my coffee, so stopping in before work and on break isn't a problem
