My family had four cups of boba milk tea. And it was pretty authentic Boba milk tea compare to what had from Taipei City. Good stuffs.
A must stop whenever I'm in Tri Cities. Good boba and lots of menu options; I haven't had one drink I didn't like. My only true complaint is the inability to spell my name correctly, and the lack of customer service which isn't a lot to ask for. Even with spelling it out, all but one person working there refuses to spell it correctly. I don't have a difficult name to spell, and yet every time I come out of the store, I am a new person. It's kind of insulting and rude, solely because it shows that the people working there really don't care about you as a patron. Customer service could be worked on to say the least... The prices are a little steep, and if you go when they're busy, expect to wait a while. Other than that, highly recommend.

We love this pear tea. The best pearl tea in the area. So colorful and tasty. You should try it out.
This place in amazing, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, because there is a huge variety of drinks and they helped me choose something tasty. The customer service is great. I will definitely be back!
Great management and best BOBA in town
My friend Michael works here and he recommended the new lemonade-infused tea and it was great! The staff was helpful recommending drinks and service was good. Highly recommend this place!
One of my favorite places to go to in the mall
The staff is very friendly, the drinks are very good. My favorite drink is the dragonfruit lychee green fruit tea with strawberry popping pearls. It is so refreshing and delicious. Will definitely visit again!
Drinks are good but if the staff is going to talk badly about customers, they should be a bit quieter. Also, don’t ask to break a bill. They’ll yell about how they aren’t a bank until you tell them it’s for a tip.
Last time I will come here the service is bad and the two girls working the counter were extremely rude 😒
Amazing product, clean ingredients. Young inexperienced staff during my visit. Spendy but worth it. A very welcome option inside the mall. Expect long lines
got none of my drinks right, dunno what happened over the time but ever since the kid i used to go and see all the time to hang with the blonde hair and blue eyes stopped popping up, quality dropped.

I wish I could give a better review the drinks are phenomenal but one of the girls that work there didn't get my order right. Then made my friend and I Pay for the her mess up. Service just sucked man.
Honestly the only reason I'm holding out on giving a 1 star is because it's only the fault of one employee for my frustrating experience here. The old lady working was incredibly rude and the attitude I received was uncalled for, especially considering I used no such tone with her. After I THOUGHT I placed my order, I waited. I saw other people place orders. I waited more and noticed literally everyone else getting their order before me! So come to find out, she never even sent my order to the back! I cannot imagine how this was possible. How can someone not do something so simple???? The service from that old lady was just awful and I empathize with the unfortunate workers that have to put up with such incompetence. Will not return if I see her there again.
This place is pretty cute, nice options. Struggle with workload and getting orders out. Wide variety of options and wished I would have gotten regular biba instead of brown sugar crystal boba, now I know it's not my fav.
I think they hired a bunch of new people who could certainly use some customer service training. Our visit today was atrocious.
