Great Service and Fast
Yummy, most satisfying
It's only a drive thru. I got a Raspberry green tea, as well as a Strawberry green tea which was free because they made it by accident. The raspberry green tea wasn't as sweet as I wanted, but to be fair, I was on the phone with a Dr's office because they had a cancellation appointment available for me, and I wanted to snag it before someone else did. I didn't really need the extra sugar. Someone was looking out for me ;) They were very friendly and upbeat!! I am just thrilled that I was able to get out of the house today by myself :) :)
I love this Dutch bros they are amazing i love the drinks . They are very polite i got a green tea mojito Its so good.
Lines can get long, but moves quick usually. Drinks are good, people are always friendly.
Staff is always friendly, the line usually moves fast, and the coffee is great.
WOW! This is a location I would generally avoid like the plague! But they have really stepped up their game and are very fun and kind now. I hope it continues!
Staff are all super friendly and happy to chat with you. Orders always come out super quick and tasty. Lines can get pretty long during peak times but lines usually moves fairly quickly.
Dutch Brothers is our favorite Espresso stop. The gang that works at the different DB stands are great & service is always timely. Prices are very competitive to the other famous coffee shop.
Who doesn't love Dutch Bros!?! Always smiling and upbeat attitude. App for accumulating points for free drinks.

First time at this location the service here while they made our drinks was fantastic! The person working the window chatted and kept our attention while they finished our drinks. This chain may not be as big as Starbucks but it most certainly is as good as them. Our drinks were delicious and exactly what was ordered. I will go again soon and revisit my review at that time. Usually I like to wait until I go to a location a few times bur the customer service was so great that I had to say something now.
Edit: I was reached out to by a member of the Dutch Brothers team and we had a good conversation. I would like to do the fair thing and say I have been back to this location and they have been rocking it. I believe it may have just been "one of those days" any business can have. So here I am updating the review because they earned it. It is not the quality of the product I get every time I go the card readers are down and it takes forever to get through. I was there two days ago and spend close to 10 mins in a car that got one drink. This place is closed and on my way to work but I go to 27th or Clearwater because they can be fast and interactive, not just one.
Love their drinks! My favorite is the Golden Eagle iced!

Best location in Kennewick for fast service. Baristas are always friendly. When I need a pick me up in the A.M. before work it’s nice to know I don’t have to stress about arriving late due to a slow line.
