They were sooooo slow!! Almost 30 minutes waiting in line! And the address that they have online is wrong!
I want to like BRCB as they're all over the TC & convenient, but they repeatedly let me down. If not incredibly long wait times, the shots are pulled far too inconsistent, (burnt, bitter, or weak) plus a constant cycle of missing ingredients. I hate to leave poor reviews but hopefully someone in management is reading and willing to step up.

Cameron was our barista today and he did an amazing job! He was quick getting our order completed and the coffee was delicious 😋!
The coffee and service were fantastic! The barista made delicious coffee, despite being the only person there on an early Monday morning. Note to corporate: We will no longer purchase the ham and cheese croissant. I've ordered this three times over the last two months (each at different locations), and every time my wife has been disappointed by the lack of ham. What used to be one of her favorite breakfast items is now a stale, overpriced croissant with two bites of "sandwich" down the middle.
Great drinks, friendly staff
Reporting to DOH if not resolved within 24hrs and a proper response taken. In short me and my fiance went through here last night around 7ish and had a Carmel blonde made for her. This is the only thing out of the entire day that links up as she has been vomiting and cramping along with the usual side affects of food poisoning. Went in just now to talk with them and they refused to do anything or assist of any kind wouldn't even make the effort to properly check their expiration dates in the fridge for me. Overall refused to help to me "I don't know what you want me to do about it, the manager is in the next morning?" And was rude horrid customer service and no help to the issue. Not even a sorry or apology no attempt of a fix or resolution of any kind other than not taking responsibility. I would avoid this stand until fixed and management fixes their employees here.

Horrible costumer service Not friendly at all ! I just go there when everything good is close and if I’m super desperate for coffee , but other then that this place sucks ! Management needs to do better on their interviewing people to work there or this place needs new management ! The guy that works there he’s super rude , I got there 5 minutes before closing and he seriously couldn’t make a drink he really said no I can’t make it it And it’s not only him the girl that works there too she just stares at you all dumb and no expression no friendliness what so ever Please hire better people or close this place down
Good coffee, friendly service, cute place!
I get a difficult coffee from this location every morning. The employees are so friendly. My dog doesn't like strange new people yet she loves everyone that works in this location. Also they are awesome and they know my drink after a year by my car. My boyfriend who hates coffee is able to get it for me no problem every time because the baristas are so great.
I loved it when it was Roasters, but now that it's Black Rock, all my favorite drinks taste horrible. I'm not sure if it's the coffee itself or the stuff they're mixing in, but it's not good. I asked my husband what he thought about my drinks, and he disliked them too. Also, the prices went up. This is no longer my coffee place, unfortunately.
This is a good location in downtown Kennewick. It's a drive through, & minimum indoor seating. Drinks are made well, service is friendly, helpful, and quick. I like that the baristas went out of their way to help me. The drinks are more expensive since they converted to Black Rock. Be aware that the medium is now a 24 oz. I usually go out of my way to get my coffee here instead of the one on 395, they are friendlier.

This Roasters is right around the corner from my workplace, which is super convenient. The baristas here are always super friendly and have gotten my order right every single time. Even when I gotten multiple orders for coworkers, they have made sure that everything was perfect.
Wonderful blended Snickers. Made just right Consistency is what it's about. Some others or not frozen by the time they get to you, others might still have ice boulders still in the cup. Free birthday cup though so that's great!
My doctor told me this is a great place for coffee.gets it on his way to work . Says it gets him going in the morning. Has to be alert you know. Great coffee no heart burn great service too
