I used to love going to peace, love and coffee in grandview but I haven’t been there for months because I’ve had TERRIBLE customer service and it’s always by the same girl, AJ. I went today and my drink was made wrong so I told them it was wrong then she said I was wrong & that everyone agreed that they made my drink how I asked & so I asked her if she would make it how I wanted & she was still arguing w me instead of just taking the drink and remaking it. This girl has the WORST attitude. Never will I go again.
I also want to leave 5 stars because the baristas are the best and the sweetest!….BUT I’ve noticed that ever since the remodel, the redbull drinks don’t taste the same. I’m wondering if they now have a machine that dispenses the redbulls? If baristas no longer make the redbulls straight from a redbull can then maybe that is why.. drinks now taste like a flat taste and no carbonated type of drink like before… I’ll still be going because I like to support local businesses from my hometown but not everyday like I use to. I probably won’t be getting redbulls anymore from there. Coffees are still great tho!
Giving 5 stars because the baristas here are amazing but after the remodel, redbulls do not taste the same. They taste flat, more of a koolaid taste. :(
Used to be my go to spot in Grandview for energy flavored drinks no longer taste the same after their remodel not sure what they changed a shame because I really enjoyed their service and drinks will be looking elsewhere now.
The girls are always friendly and the drinks on point. One of my favorite shops.
All I can say is bomb worth the cost they don’t hold back on the syrup it’s sweet lol better then jitters my opinion so tap in
It's Sunday at 5pm. Id been driving 3 1/2 hours already - I drive long distances weekly and really needed a coffee to tide me over for the next two hours. There were 2 cars at both windows when I pulled up making it 5 total counting me. I waited 5 min. and no cars were moving. I've worked as a barista and know it takes about 2 min per coffee beverage, so I gave it another 5 min. A barista walked out and went into a side building for a few minutes, she seemed in no hurry, though the lines were long and not moving. Pulled out of line, disappointed. I'm giving it a 2 star rating based on how easy it is to spot, and the fun looking exterior. I'll try again another time if it's not busy, so I can experience a coffee beverage and the service.
The first time I got a coffee here, good bang for the buck. Last time I stopped sorry to say, not so good. I like to support local mom and pops whenever possible (or at least convenient) and I always try to say something good. Best thing here was the barista. She's great. However, hands down the worst hazelnut latte I think I've ever had. Very bitter coffee and I'm pretty sure they used sugar free syrup.
Great place! I enjoy getting my drinks at this stand. Have a great selection of drinks to choose from. Employees are always so nice and welcome you.
don’t usually come here but today got the most sweetest barista, she offered me some whip cream since i had my puppies with me and had a great attitude, will definitely come here more often! :)
Waited 15 minutes and my cotton candy big train tasted like blended milk so disappointing! Rude service!

I'm so glad they're open later in the day! The lattes always taste great and the baristas are always very friendly.
Had gotten a big train and spent more time chewing ice then actually drinking the drink and the little I got to drink it just tasted like water. Also spent more on the two drinks that were icy watered “coffee” than I would of at any other place. And to top it all off the staff had attitude as we tried to order. Would not waste time or money going back.

Waited 20 minutes for two drinks they wanted $15 for 16 ounce drinks then the young girl said all you ordered three drinks when there was only two of us in the car we told him to keep their drinks
Always a favorite spot to stop at in Grandview. The line moves super quick and the drunks are always super good!
