There are just two Whidbey Coffee places I go to, #1 is next door to Wendy's in Oak Harbor #2 is the coffee stand in Freeland at the PayLess grocery store strip mall. There are two stores in Oak Harbor, the other store is located near the Skagit Valley College. I've gone to the store near the college several times in the last three weeks, the service is great, the drinks are terrible. I usually order one of the specials for that day, they always come back tasting very watered down and no flavor...just blah. Other than the store near the college, I've always been pleased with Whidbey coffee, even the store in Burlington, WA is great!!!

This place was horrible. The barista made my coffee just black with no flavoring or anything and made me pay for the drink I ordered originally. I won't be coming back.
