The food and coffee are decent, typical coffee stand drive thru and only drive thru available. But they are so slow! There is always a line and thought maybe because so good so many people went. Nope, they are just that extremely slow.

Asked if I could pay cash and card. The older woman told me yes and then when she took my card she argued with me saying she couldn’t run my card because it costs extra. Not sure why she said yes to it and took my card If she was just gonna argue about the money. Really bad experience, not going there again. Sucks because I really like their coffee but I don’t like being argued with at 8am.

Great little breakfast/lunch spot that "stays in their lane" by making a few things really well (paninis, breakfast biscuits, and their namesake 'Xtreme burrito) along with classic & specialty coffee: sweet & simple! Speaking of sweet, the staff are kind & competent, too. Definitely worth your time!
