Around 5:30 pm on Wednesday may 17th, the girl with short brown hair and dark glasses who was taking orders outside the drive through was very rude. We have never been to Winegars before so we don’t know the menu, and instantly when we pulled up, she asked what we wanted. We asked “can we please have a second to look at the ice cream flavors” and she said “no” and that she couldn’t wait for us to look at the menu??? So we ordered something random we didn’t even want because we didn’t even get time to look at the menu. The she came back with some much attitude and gave us our change and just walked away…then proceeded to glare at us the whole time in the drive through like we had insulted her by asking to see then menu. I’m sorry but have you ever heard of customer service? I was so excited to try Wingars with my friend for the first time and the experience was completely ruined because I didn’t even get so see the ice cream flavors. How was I suppose to know what I wanted somewhere I’ve never been without seeing a menu? I couldn’t pull up the menu while driving obviously? I’m so mad and my happy ice cream date with my friend is ruined. Update: 90% sure her name is Tatiana after some research. As someone who’s always worked in customer service/food…Hire better people.
Good Ice cream but the wait in line was excruciating.
Came fron other side of the mountain, brought a lady friend with me for her first time and loved it and wants to come back soon
Unique flavors and a fun atmosphere
We stop here just about every time we travel from Western WA to Eastern WA. It serves as a great pit stop for a quick restroom break and an ice cream treat! There are multiple flavors to choose from, and they change it up over time with new flavors. Our favorites always have peanut butter involved!
Great shop that reminded us of a small ice cream shop from Northern California. Would go again!
The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. My family loves the ice cream, and we always enjoy our drinks.
Winegar's could definitely add more toppings to their ice cream, my family purchased a quart of Gary Dough and a kind called Ashley something that had coconut in it. Or it was supposed to anyway.. Both of these flavors hardly had any toppings in them, I was very disappointed in this aspect of my purchase. I would temper your expectations upon visiting this establishment. Maybe just stick to the flavors in the glass case for scoops.

Very comfy and welcoming. Staff are great, food is good and the atmosphere is nice, but could use a bit of work. Love it though, I come here at least once or twice a week. My fav is the breakfast burrito!
Unfortunately we love this place! We visit way too often. The ice cream is really good and staff is wonderful. We recently went for breakfast and were pleased with it as well. We will continue to be regulars.
So fast and always make good suggestions. Literally make my day brighter each morning I go through. Also, BEST breakfast sandwiches and burittos in town. Also amazing gluten free personal pizzas. Soo good!
Everything tastes good, but the banana split is advertised on the sign as three scoops, a banana, the sauces, whipped cream, and nuts for a certain price. When you order it though, the whipped cream and nuts and stuff all cost extra, so you're paying an extra dollar or two for toppings that were supposed to come with it.
Your baristas are incredible. It's such a welcome home feeling to have them remember you and what you like to eat and drink and suggest items based on your preferences. Amazing job on developing a crew that feels like a family! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about you when asked
Good coffee and great service, friendly
I usually go to other coffee shops and use my reusable cups (rather save the earth that way ❤️) and they gladly took my cup and filled it with my requested red bull mix. They are amazing when trying new things with recommendations.

Winegar's always serves up a superior coffee, and many other drinks and food offerings! They make and sell their own brand name ice cream, that always satisfies! And they offer pleasant service with a smile!
Even though it's usually just a drive by, we love to get the best ice cream in Eastern WA every drive to Yakima or Spokane.
Very tasty ice cream! I had a scoop of "Kevinlicious" - Amaretto ice cream with black cherries and chocolate chips on a waffle cone.
