Baristas are always super friendly despite the fact that I'm sure they deal with plenty of rude customers. They've also never given a bad drink suggestion!
I have always loved D&M but their drive through on Water street has been ruining it for me. Staff is more interested in talking with each other than taking orders, shots have tasted burnt, and overall drinks have not been up to par.
All locations need to have a variety of gluten free food options. I love getting my red bulls or chai from there but I would like to grab a muffin or scone that's gluten free.
Lately it costing over $8 for a 20 oz white chocolate mocha but they don't make it a white chocolate half the time and sometimes don't make it a mocha. I've bought drinks here n wasted my money . Third time's the charm both locations are overpriced n drinks don't taste right

Can't give 0 stars but I should. Waited 15 min for 2 drinks that were totally screwed up. Girl was sleeping slow! Couldn't wait for another 15 min for her to correct. Drinks WAY too sweet.

I'm originally from Western Washington. And am fairly picky about my coffee. But this is my absolute favorite place over here! They have amazing drinks! I usually get the Avalanche. And their cookies, pastries, and sandwiches are also amazing! I go at least once a week!
I don't know what's going on with D&M coffee these days. No consistency severs don't listen when ordering and this morning I get "I don't usually work in the morning and don't make your drinks " REALLY. Who trains these people.? I would really like to be charged the same price as the week day people and have my drink at least taste the same.
First time was not bad. This time we had a girl with short black styled hair that was asked to make my tea on the sweet side and drinkable. She made it tongue burning hot, blaming the machine and offered ice with no room in my cup to put it in. When it finally cooled down there was only enough syrup in it for color. She made sure she asked for a tip however.
Love D&M! They have a great staff and are quick, which is great because they get so busy!
