Service is fast and the baristas are always polite, on point and welcoming. Excellent customer service. You feel like an appreciated customer every time. Highly recommend!

I only go here for my daughters hot chocolates. The coffee is really inconsistent for the price.
Coffee was alright, people aren't as friendly as they were. I understand though the world isn't as awesome as it once was. I hope all of that can change so we can all be happy again.

The Baristas at all 3 drive thrus are top notch with quality and speed. Never met a Barista i didn't like. Very consistent on the flavor of the same drink at all 3 places. You know it's a great place for handmade drinks when the drive thrus are always busy. Plus the hours are great for the eve/night crowd.

In the drive thru after your employees take someone’s order, they need to stop asking people if they’d like to leave a tip. It’s so low class. Such a terrible aspect of the American culture where no service (besides doing your job) has been provided and you make it so awkward by asking people for tip.

I love Dutch Bros they are always so nice, I don't ever complain but the last couple times my drink hasn't been correct or not satisfied, I asked for a hot Americano and it was so cold. But they were happy to remake. 🥰
Been to several Dutch Bros across the country, from San Antonio, Tx to East Wenatchee, Wa and numerous states in-between. This location is by far my favorite due to the small town feel and the beautiful location.
