Really cute space with lots to look at! Great options for both food and bev. Friendly folks and a killer chai latte!
The food is great, however, you can t sit inside, so that was a bit of a bad surprise when we arrived on a rainy day :-(
A must try hidden gem. The coffe was wonderful and the breakfast burrito was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.
Love stopping here on our way to Baker for a bite to eat and a good cup of coffee.
This place just keeps getting better over time! Excellent coffee and pastries, and they have food and outdoor seating now too!
Food and coffee were amazing, the staff was nice. Tiny place though, not much room inside, but i def recommend it here
We stopped by the shop after two days snowboarding and an excellent hiking. We got the Mocha, it was great and I got a blueberry muffin. Everything was great and the place is cozy and the people are very nice and friendly. We love this place.
A gem. Stopped here for a late breakfast on the way to Baker. My wife enjoyed her mocha and sausage breakfast sandwich. The cinnamon roll I ordered was probably the best one I’ve ever had in my life. The addition of what looked like fresh pear to the dish was beautiful.
Very good breakfast burritos that come out fast, and nice staff. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I head up to baker. I did get one bite of just onion, so it could be mixed up a bit better, but not entirely unexpected for any burrito. The onions are beautifully caramelized tho.
I am not the biggest morning pastry person, but I am here. Woooooo doggy this place is delicious with great staff1
On line the restaurant presents itself as a dine-in restaurant but in reality, you order at the window and take it up to Mt. Baker to sit in the lodge to eat it (which was recommended by the employee who took our order) And when asked if there were any sit down restaurants in the area were told very rudely "not here" uh, duh. Anyway please don't be fooled if you're looking to dine in for breakfast, this is not the place.
Please, do not go to this terrible place. I stopped by in the middle of the day and found the door locked so I walked around to see if there was another entrance I was supposed to use, and I thought maybe you're to order only at the window as some places are doing for fear, so I knocked at the order window and a guy came out and yelled at me "we are closed!" I said, "oh, I didn't see a closed sign and you have all these lights on outside in the middle of the day" (there were about 200 full sized light bulbs and spot lights on outside in the sunshine) "so I thought you must be open; maybe you should turn them off then." He yells at me "GO AWAY! GET OUT! LEAVE!" Thinking i didn't hear right I said "what was that?" and he repeated and added, "we're TRYING to work here! Now GET LOST!" Unbelievable. I obeyed his instructions and will not ever be returning. I would rather walk all the way to Maple Falls to get something.
Came here early in the morning for some food before hitting the road back to Seattle. Atmosphere was good, there was no indoor seating and it was FREEZING outside, yet I still felt cozy. Service was a little short and not the friendliest, but it also was a little busy so i understand. As for the food, we all ordered Chai (some dirty some not) and it’s okay at best. Not super flavorful or rich like we like it. It was nice and hot though for a crisp fall morning. One of us got the bacon breakfast sandwich and I would say it was the best item we tried. Then, we split a veggie burrito and it was pretty good. Finally, we got a pumpkin muffin to split. We aren’t gluten free, but the muffin was and it was super yummy!! great texture and spices. Overall, I would recommend trying this place out and giving it a chance. Definitely a good choice in this small town!
Stopped in for coffee and breakfast and was not disappointed. Breakfast sandwich was simple but on point and the coffee was delicious. Love the aesthetic of the shop and its seating area. Very relaxing and peaceful with beautiful views of the surrounding mountain peaks.
I am probably among the oldest customers starting at when the coffee shop was located in the ski rental store. I can't count the number of years and great visits I have had over the decades plus before skiing and hiking. My last visit was Oct 2022. Everything was OK, new remodel, much higher prices and just a different vibe. Bottom line, I had ice tea, Burrito and muffin costing over $23 with tip; and for that I got super over the top RUDE service and totally bad attitude from the Barista/Server. Really nasty ... all I needed was a bit of ice to replace the melted Ice in my Ginger tea and she totally destroyed me for asking. I will never go back after all these years and I can't believe how bad it really can be when all the hard work the owners invest just to be flushed down the toilet by a rude and nasty employee. I am glad Google gives me the chance to share this horrible experience. Bad service, good food really sucks.
Good options, a staple in this area. Good food, great coffee.
Cute setting with great coffee ☕️ We had Panini Sandwich, Expresso and Chai Tea Latte. All awesome..!
Great baked goods & coffee! Beautiful outdoor space to enjoy your treats too.
A must stop on the way to Artist point. Very nice coffee and a variety of breakfast options. Loved the vibe of the place.
Stayed a few days in Glacier for the hiking, and discovered this place just off the highway. Glad I did- great coffee and baking, perfect location for both pre and post hike. Thanks for making Glacier that much more enjoyable.
