This is a beautiful building but the costumer service needs improvement. While asking the berista questions about their milkshakes, for the kids, she seemed to act as if she was not interested in talking to us. At check out we made sure that what we were order was what we wanted, i.e. whip cream, and we still had to make her fix it. She was not happy.

Nice staff, but the worst americano I have ever had. Unbelievably bitter and burnt. Their focus seems to be on energy drinks anyhow. Pioneer Coffee down the road is is a much safer bet.
Stopped here on the way up and back to Leavenworth for our mini verbo getaway. It's a good stopping point when traveling from south sound Tacoma.
Phone number doesn’t work
Very limited food menu offering only reheated breakfast sandwiches. Bagel sandwich was rock hard inedible. Building looks impressive and coffee was ok but thats about the only thing they appear to have going for them.
First stop here was just the first coffee we saw but now it’s our favorite stop on our trips this way!! Of course their coffee and tea is great! The sandwich was yummy too!! The service is perfect from friendly and helpful staff. Not too busy and we Highly recommend.

Exceptional barristas. Professional mixologist. They always have a treat ready for the four footed ones too. I love going there.
Tasty, but was a cup full of ice. Not worth the plastic cup nor amount of drink.
I ordered the area 51 and loved it! Got it quick A few days ago I also bought some of the coffee beans and there awesome!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, They had our drink orders made in an extremely timely manner.
Terrible service and so slow. Never have waited so long for our order and it was not busy at all. My hot chocolate was Luke warm at best, same with hubby’s mocha. First and last visit there.
Absolutely horrible service. 15 min wait for a coffee. Although it was the wrong size and just warm, we accepted it just to get out of there. Way understaffed. Should close counter and just do drive thru if this is level of service
Pretty nice inside. They don't really have traditional coffee, they have these millennial energy drink things.
