I was so disappointed today when purchasing our coffee’s. No hand washing at all from money to coffee making. Long Hair was all over the place and tips in my coffee as the 2 girls were talking about other people over my open coffee. Touched the tips of straws with their dirty hands. After I saw that with another customer, I asked for no straws in our order. Just nasty all the way around. Please teach your employees clean habits and professional etiquette. I don’t want there spit in my drinks! Or their hair or get sick from no hand washing at all. We live local and used to love this place.

Everyone here is always so kind and cheery. I can go morning or afternoon and I always get the same customer service, always awesome.

One of the best coffee shops in pend oreille county, I always stop here on the way into Spokane to order my 32 Oz iced Caramel Mocciato and always have to stop on the way home to order another they are so delicious.

Baristas are phenomenal and super friendly. The coffee was sssooooo good. As a visitor from Southern California I can say, I haven't had a better coffee back home. I now will stop frequenting the bigger coffee spots and seek out all the independent ones.

Best coffee in the area for sure! Great service and excellent coffee. Jesi is hands down the best barista I’ve ever gotten coffee from in my life. As a coffee enthusiast I am pretty picky about my coffee but I’m yet to get a bad coffee from Jesi. 10/10 highly recommend this shop.
I travel quite a distance to hit the bakery behind this coffee shop, whenever I can! So I finally decided to try out this coffee shop(duh, it's always packed and in the same parking lot)! As an avid coffee stand visitor, my sister and I recieved 2 cups of expensive disappointment here! The customer service was sub par to say the best, and I guess the bottom line for me is that if I wanted a cup of iced red bull, that's what I would have bought. For more than 5$, at least let us taste the flavor we came for.
Every time I come, the baristas are always cheerful, professional and nice. They have good coffee. I have not once had a bad coffee from there. The muffins and the Italian sodas are good from there. The milkshakes are the best. Good prices.
I love going here in the mornings after taking my kids to school. They always get my order right
I use to live in riverside but I moved to Seattle over 8 years ago, every time I'm home I always make sure to stop bye. Not only is the coffee great but the staff is amazing.. will always and forever be a shaky grounds customer..
