We were so pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. We had heard so many mixed reviews that we decided to try it for ourselves. We more than got our money's worth and more. We will come again and try different things on the menu. So happy they are adding more hours. Looking forward to trying them again.
Love their breakfast, have had great service every time. This evening we stopped in for dinner it was delicious and again great service. The only thing I would change is to serve real half and half with your coffee not the artificial creamer.

The food and expenses was good. I was given a coffee cup with coffee stains and my seat was dirty. The design inside was lovely.
Went and got breakfast with a friend.... Nice place...retro in look and feel. My friend got some big biscuits and Gravy and I got beef brisket hash.... Both were very very good and we both shut up to eat....excellent service from staff and it was a good quiet outing....good size portions and cooked just right.....except for the onions in my meal...I asked for them to be removed but they ended up in my meal... Forgiven.... yes...but next time...lol Tipping the nice waitress 20 bucks we left as full as it gets and all was well.... Thank you... Remember to support your local business for they are the backbone of your community.
Only thing good about the experience was the toast and bacon. Coffee was cold, the server (old gentleman named Gary) was rude, and when my wife got her eggs they were runny when she asked her server for not runny. She had them remade and another person dropped them off and gave her an earful about ordering them over hard so you won't have this problem.
Mother's day morning is a busy day for any restaurant. They stayed steady before 10 am. With no open tables. When we left there was a wait. Food excellent. Beer Cheese Beni, Apple Cinnamon French toast . The service was exemplary from the last time I was there.
For me personally it was nothing special. I will not be returning for no particular reason.
If you like coffee, don't go here. It was room temperature, slightly bitter, brown water. Only made it through about 1/2 a cup. Now this place serves slightly updated American diner fair, so mitigate your expectations accordingly. But there was no excuse for that "coffee". It was like they were on the third run-through for that batch of coffee grounds. Now the veggie breakfast burrito was really good. And so was the avocado toast. I wish they would offer the beet-pickled egg as an al-a-cart side. And there are quite a few other interesting things on the menu. But I don't think I would ever go back for breakfast if I can't get a decent cup of coffee.
Great food and great service
Very generous portions and the service can not be beat. I definitely recommend stopping by. This is a restaurant that Lewis County needed!
I am a chicken fried steak freak. They make there's homemade how I like it. Excellent job to the staff. I will return

Great food! The wait times can be longer than some places but the food quality it worth it! Breakfast all day!! Parking can be tight fyi.

Decided to give this "new" restaurant a go...sooo glad that I did!!! This place freaking rocks! I had the Johnny's dip burger, and it was so awesome. The family had a chicken fried steak and the French toast. Of course I had to try them all...but this place was incredibly good. Definitely WILL be going back soon. Thanks Hash for the great food!!
