Great variety of drinks, speedy service, polite. They have a rewards program to make it easy service. We love the Banana Bread coffee drink. Mmmmmm. Tasty.
I've been a fan of EsPresso Stop for awhile. Didn't think it would change! But they have one barista who I seem to have the past 4 times that seems to look down her nose at me, a bit snotty. I also do not like how she puts her whole hand on where I will be drinking from to close the lid. These are COVID times, care should be taken not to over touch lid! I'm now going to shop for a new place. Sorry.
I absolutely love the location in Bonney Lake/Buckley! I stop in almost every day because not only is their coffee absolutely delicious, the customer service is amazing as well. All of the barista's that work here are really sweet and know how to make a good cup of coffee or whatever else you prefer to drink. They know my order by heart at this point which is awesome because it does make things go a bit smoother especially when it's super busy, on days like that they will pop their heads out and check to see if I'm ordering both of the drinks I usually order or just mine and it's usually ready or just about ready when I pull up to the window, I've noticed they do this with a lot of the regulars. One thing I will say is that they do get very very busy especially during the morning work rush as well as anytime during the weekends before Noon however I've learned to kinda plan my trips a little bit to avoid some of the longer lines. Despite the long lines during their busy hours they still move pretty quickly and they do such a good job that it's worth the wait time. I definitely recommend them, they also have some breakfast and lunch options that so far from what I've had are pretty good. If I get something to munch on I usually go for a bagel just my personal preference but the sandwiches are really good too. Just an overall great coffee stand with great coffee and even greater employees.

When I first moved out here last year the girls were AMAZING 5 star. The drinks are always amazing. Lately every time I come through it’s completely new people, they don’t have very much knowledge on product and half the time half listen to what I’m saying… I asked for a milk free option to mix with protein because I’m lactose intolerant. Instead of letting me know what other milk options there are, she checks the protein and comes back to let me know there’s soy and dairy in it, sorry and have a goodnight…. 🙃 no offer of anything else. Super weird.
I treat myself to a coffee here every Friday. The gals here are super sweet. They have my drink memorized and have had for some time. Only place I like getting coffee from.
