Food is good. Tend to mess up order frequently. Charge for ALL sauces. So even if you order fries or chicken nuggets, you have to pay extra to get any sauce with them. Always pricey as is.. good customer service.

We have ordered fish an chips an when we put on our plates it was so greasy the grease ran down my plate, fish was like you breaded the grease, fish was not fluffy. I have been coming to cougars for years an there was only one other time it was bad. I guess it depends on who's cooking. Sorry guys but I tried to eat it but each bite turned my stomach this time.

A little spendy $10 for a cheeseburger wasn't real big but it was very tasty!! The clerk was very nice, funny and informative. She even came outside and sat at the picnic table with me and kept me company while I ate, had a very nice conversation as if we had known each other for years 1t was late at night and business was very slow off course ! Never caught her name but very nice 🌝

What a joke they raise there prices on food….. and then charge you for the sauces….. why in the world would I order chicken tenders and have to pay for the sauce to go with it…… so now I’m paying for bags sauce extra for the same food no extras for me and the sauce containers aren’t even full ….. last time in here for sure I’ll take my money all the way into town

Super friendly staff, always clean and stocked. Love the atmosphere, I'll go out of my way to get gas here. Gas prices are oddly cheaper than further in town. Had to fill a propane tank as well. They are on top of it! Love coming here every time!

Don't know if I would consider this place to be a Cafe. No seating except for outside. Now this wouldn't be an issue really if it were summer, but this is winter in Washington state. Food smelled good but wasn't going to even bother if there wasn't any heat for the "dining area". And yes, I could have eaten in my car, but again this is supposed to be a "cafe" and I shouldn't have to. Maybe if they move out of the gas station and into an actual stand alone building or at least some sort of covered seating area that's not exposed to the outside elements I will go back and try the food.
