Never again! Why are all 5 girls making 15+ cars wait because they feel the need to make bff's with one car? They came to my car when I was firth in line took my order and still got it wrong because they where all busy exchanging phone numbers!? Whhhat!!! Ugh.

Always friendly, great customer service, love the coffee flavors like Milky Way which as a food I can't have in bar form so it's lovely to have it in coffee form!
My chai tea latte was super watered down and lukewarm, and with the ridiculous amount they charge for it, I'll go elsewhere next time.

Long time customer, first time complainer. I tried reaching out directly first but didn't get a response so here goes. They don't have the best drinks or the cheapest, but the coffee is good, they are consistent, convenient, and have a super-friendly staff. I will continue to get my coffee here. That said, when ordering an iced drink they very often do NOT stir it before handing it out. That means the bottom is still hot and melts the ice quicker and the drink is not cold. Every other company seems to be able to stir their drinks before they go out, but not them. I'd say at least 50% is the time I have to hand it back to them to stir. And, they love to fill the coffee to the brim, so when you grab the cup the coffee seeps or around the lid. Please do better so I don't have to switch coffee places. (We frequent both the Ferndale and the airport locations).
