I ordered food and still hadnt received it after waiting 15 minutes I told them to check on it they said it was next up then I waited 25 minutes total and I had to leave as I only had a small window of time that is why I preordered. The barista told me to stand in a different place next time than the toast instructions told me to stand… maybe you should tell your customers and staff the same thing not something different…

This place has some great coffee and food choices (including some healthier options). I feel like there is a line pretty much any time of the day, but service is pretty quick, so that isn't a big problem

Wow this location is always so incredibly busy every time I go. If there is a line, it always seems daunting to have to wait in line but all the staff are super speedy and efficient! On top of that everyone is so friendly. Always a good experience at this location and they also have a ton of sandwiches, pastries, and desserts that would make me come back to try all of them!

Very cool coffee spot with lots of lovely pastries made in-house to enjoy with your coffee. Find a seat first....busy!

So loud and service is slow. $9 hand pie...is stupidly expensive. Coffee was good The employees keeping their drinks in the roasting machine does not seem sanitary.

I come here to work every once in a while when I am too bored from WFH. The location is great. They have ample space with some power source and great Wi-Fi. The staff is nice and friendly. The coffee is mediocre. The pastry looks delicious but I've never tried any of them... Also it is actually veeeeeery noisy in the store so I can't stay that long without ear plugs or noise cancellation headphones. But it's enough for me to get some feeling of being in the human society when I suffer from the long depressing winter as well as Seattle Freeze.

Unexpectedly amazing experience inside!!!?? It's all so silent from the outside. Bustling with people and gourmet food options with drinks... Superb.

Oatmeal raisin cookie is one of the best I have ever had and freshly baked. I tried butter cake it was delicious to the core . I have ordered caramel mocha and it tasted good. Lot of pastry and snack options . Lot of indoor and outdoor seating capacity available. Lot of convenient parking available right outside . Service is quite quick . Only issue is that it is self service and they will serve in to go cups for everyone. So if you want to sit down and have coffee experience in actual cups then it’s little disappointing. But usually it is very crowded during weekend . Good place to hang out with friends . You can also watch games on tv .

Customers keep parking in the pick up /curbside parking and eating inside. Please designate some parking for delivery drivers and enforce more strictly if possible please.

Slow checkout, the staff who works the register needs more training some common courtesy training. Waiting 30+min to get my order. When finally get to the paying the register went down, no apologies were offered just standing there looking at each other. Wait another 5 min to pay. Latte - boiling hot with absolutely no foam what a horrible way to make coffee

The music is way too loud here, but the baristas are helpful, cheerful, and accommodating. The food is quite expensive, but tasty. I wish there were more savory protein options, though. Tip: get your drinks at least ½ sweet as they can otherwise be cloying.

Ridiculously overpriced, inefficient, environmentally concerning. Over $13 for a chocolate croissant and a blueberry muffin? Had I known the price (did I mentioned there are no price tags for their pastries?), I would've stepped out right away. The long waiting line is due to the inefficient process, cashiers, online preparation, baristas all working in a cramped up space. And why do you still use plastic bags and aluminum foil? For two pastries?

Great place. Do their own pastries and food. They do have a lot of traffic. People at the register are friendly. Outside seating too.

My husband and I always stop here when we're in the area. There's so many drink and food options. We always love seeing what they have to offer for food. It's definitely a treat and I would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

This is a great place for coffee and pastries and sandwiches too actually. That problem is everybody else loves it too and it can be so crowded weekend mornings you walk out before getting served. It is not an expensive but very good quality food products. Parking is extremely limited.

Great food and drinks. They almost always make my tea latte as a coffee latte (not just one mistake but 3 out of 5 times). Super busy and somewhat loud, but clean and bright.

Really great local chain. Got to go twice while visiting the area. Pastries all look amazing, although I didn’t try any. The Vanilla Cream Cold Brew absolutely SMOKES any similar drink I’ve had at other coffee spots. No joke, I’ve been dreaming about it at night.
