I love Jacob's Java. The baristas know my order and are very friendly and kind. The coffee is great!
Easily my favorite coffee stand! The workers are always so kind. I've been regular for so long that by the time I make it up to the window they already have my drinks made or started. 100% recommend
Very friendly, and service is always speedy. They have great Italian sodas and hot chocolate! 😁

Today was a bad day at the airway heights store . Customers need to keep an eye on their bank statements because there are some not so nice girls slipping money's here and there thinking they'll never get caught . STCU is getting my money back from a coffee I ordered and never got telling me I had insufficient funds when i had $11,70 in my account.. I told the attendant Brandy and she just turned around a d really didn't say anything. This ends 5 years as a good customer spending an average of $350 per month on coffee . Sad ending
Great coffee, but how hard is it to just put a list up of all the flavors offered?? It’s annoying to have to ask every time and get the same answer of “we have a lot”. Okay great but I still don’t know what they are.

They make my Chai tea perfectly every single time. The staff are always pleasant to talk to and always take the time to properly prepare my drink. It's rare to find a coffee stand like Jacob's Java!
Nice people they always knew what my daughter in law likes she never had to ask for her drink it is nice to see people do good service .they know what you want when u pull up

This became my favorite place to buy coffee in 2005. We have since moved out of the airway heights area but when we are in the area we always swing into this particular Jacob's java a location. The coffee is amazing, strong, very strong which is what I like.
#1 coffee stand around! I love the girls there, they are always so sweet and are friendly no matter how busy they are! This is my go-to place because I will always support these ladies with how awesome they are!

I deadly love your Expresso's, hate that you won't list all your available coffee's and flavors. I'd love to be able to order my drink online and just drive up and pick it up.
Macy was super helpful even when she was slammed! I think she was the only trooper on Easter. Always love jacob’s customer service. My picky coworkers loved their drinks

Impressive granita's on Washington/ 6th. Airway Heights granita machine down, but they fixed me up w/frappa'. Was OK, perfer the granita (yep year round for me)
Really really off tasting coffee... Mocha's aren't suppose to taste like that...
I go here every morning, the baristas are super nice and since I go every day my order is ready before pull up to the window (perks of being a regular I guess)
