Great coffee, sandwiches and service! Heather was great and handled an unhappy customer whose order was wrong with grace & professionalism. It should be noted that this customer placed her own order via the touch screen and got exactly what she ordered. Myanna is also wonderful! But was not here during my visit today.
Stopped through on a roadtrip! Heather took care of us and even remade our drink when the ordering machines led to confusion. Thank you!
On our family road trip we stopped by The Grind for breakfast. There was 16 of us total and they served us with grace! The food and coffee was AMAZING! The price was very reasonable. We will for sure be back! ❤️ Family fav
Walked in about 15 minutes before they closed for the day. Was greeted with a smile and great service. Got the club on ciabatta bread and a pina colada smoothie. Both were fantastic!! Not sure about their breakfast or coffee, but I would definitely recommend stopping in for a great sandwich or smoothie.

Great coffee shop! I was passing through town and worked in here for the day and really enjoyed it. Wifi worked great and I totally accidentally stayed after close because I was not paying attention to the time and my last zoom call went over time. Thanks so much to the kind people behind the counter for not kicking me out. So sorry to keep you past closing time! Appreciate your kindness!
Food was awesome. Coffee cake was great and the Breakfasts BLT was amazing! Staff was very friendly. We got the iced Carmel latte! Very good!

The two baristas working were very kind and accommodating of my dietary needs, even remaking my drink for me without question or hassle, highly recommend!
Excellent and friendly service, coffee was amazing. Loved the Lavender, honey vanilla with an extra shot is espresso as recommended. So glad we gave this place a try! And the blueberry muffins were delicious!

Nice place. It took 10 minutes for a regular coffee and slice of cake. Too bad you pay the tip ahead of service on a screen (which does not lead to a personable local coffee shop experience). They have a slogan: "the grind never stops". It felt like they need to update it to: "the wait never stops"
Best coffee shop in town
I loved this place. I was sad to hear that the Bluefield location closed, but I was happy to hear that it was here. The breakfast burrito and the cappuccinos are worth the visit.
This place is a wonderful little coffee shop and they have the best coffee and really affordable prices. The people here are very helpful and kind.

Coffee was ABOVE average. Food a bit below. Kinda bland. Service was great. Atmosphere same. I would come back FOR SURE.
