Perfect spot to get a morning or early afternoon coffee. Prices are very reasonable. Plenty of hot and cold coffee options and a good pastry menu. Walking distance from the beach and hotels...worth it above making your own with bad coffee makers at the resort, or the restaurant coffee you get at the hotels. Also easy to park and grab a coffee as you drive out of the area. Looks like the locals preference. I recommend you give Perked Up Coffee a try and save Starbucks for another place on your vacation.

The best iced caramel coffee I’ve had ! My go to coffee shop when I visit Va Beach! The make their iced coffee with coffee ice cubes so when the ice melts it doesn’t water down your coffee! Love the caramel syrup they put in the bottom of the cup! I always ask for extra! If I could give this place 10 stars I would ! Love this place and cannot wait to visit this summer !

Coffee and pistachio bread were excellent, but anything with eggs is not advisable. Not sure how they prep their eggs, but they're rubbery with a thick outer skin, which isn't at all pleasant. The quiche had a strange consistency as well unfortunately.

I recently moved to the area with my family and we've been exploring all the local coffee shops. But just last week, we stumbled upon this hidden gem that I simply have to tell you about. The iced coffee is like nothing I've ever seen before - a cup of coffee ice cubes that you pour hot coffee over. It's such a brilliant idea and really sets this place apart from all the others. And don't even get me started on their quiche and vegan muffins - they're absolutely delicious. It's a cozy little spot that's perfect for a quiet weekday afternoon, whether you want to read, draw, or study. So if you're in the area, definitely make sure to swing by and check it out!

Small coffee shop minutes from many different hotels on the oceanfront. They have simple and delicious options. We got the peach cranberry muffin, sugar cookie, and chocolate chip banana bread to go with our coffees. Their iced coffee has frozen coffee as the ice cubes. How creative! Easily customizable drinks with great service. There were tables inside and out for different seating options. Perked Up looks like it's popular with the locals, as it seemed like there were many regulars popping in to get a cup of coffee to get their day started.

Hubby and I stopped for breakfast on our first day in town and loved it so much we came back on our last day. My vanilla latte is delicious, the veggie and Greek quiche’s are very tasty, but I have to point out that the crust on the veggie has a soggy bottom. It needs a quick blind bake to make it perfect. This is the only reason I can’t give it 5 stars. On another note, the chocolate croissant is perfectly baked and the pastry is beautifully layered. If we are ever in this area again we will not hesitate to come back. I highly recommend it.

Rude staff. Coffee was sour and tasted like equipment hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Charged $13 for two bite sized egg bites. No, thanks.
