I really like that they have a lot of options, more so than the other milk tea spots around here. I'm a fan of the Strawberry Marble Green Tea. But I'll stick to ordering in-person because packaging is NOT secure for delivery orders. I got the wrong drink AND half of it arrived spilled in the plastic bags. Whoever was working 5/17 at around 7:30PM thought it was a smart idea to put a cup with an open strawhole in a plastic bag that was to large to be secure. There was some attempt to secure the drink with a smaller bag wrapped around it, but it ultimately didn't do much since the opening where it was tied up still made for a gap that the drink spilled through. I'd highly suggest the store replace lids for certain drinks that are delivery orders, as well as get plastic bags that are more suitable for carrying drinks (like smaller but long cup bags in Molly Ramen or cardboard Joyu, which also has large straw openings but their carriers ensure the drink stays upright) if they're choosing to do that instead of some sort of cup holders. While they can't control the level of care from the deliveryperson, they can at least ensure their drinks are FULLY secured before being given out.
Expect to pay about $8 for a drink you can enjoy in the company of a couple at the next table making themselves quite literally at home, with their entire desktop gaming rigs, shouting obscenities at opponents via headsets, shoes off 🤢 and so comfortable they make others around them uncomfortable. Another customer warned me they’re always there, so… I guess I won’t be.

I am a regular customer I get rewards here all the time today I went and tried to order my regular smoothie and the new white cashiers was really rude she told me that nobody ordered smoothies the way I did and she was look crazy because it’s odd to want mango syrup on my strawberry smoothie I walked out because the rudeness is in real
great place to be at only down side would be the couple that lives there. now they don’t do much but they give off a smell that isn’t pleasing and i’m also not a fan of seeing feet when i’m trying to enjoy my drink. amazing place, smelly OverWatch couple
The food and drink are great and the staff are amazing at their jobs. Only down side is the couple that lives in the corner of this location, they're here every time I go. They have a particular smell that offsets the whole building, they sometimes don't wear shoes, and they generally bring the whole atmosphere down.
My kids really like the drinks so we visit about once every two weeks. Nearly ever visit there is a table right when you walk in that is occupied by the same couple. They’re always have laptops, and headphone/ microphones on. And sometimes have their shoes off 🤢 And EVERY time I’m there I hear them drop 1 or 2 F bombs. Monday I went in and after hearing the F bomb 5+ times I took my family and walked out.
Gong Cha is definitely one of my go-to Boba places in Virginia Beach. They rarely ever run out of flavors and the drinks and ice-cream are delicious. The prices are also affordable compared to other places I have been to!! My favorite is Thai boba tea with the tapiocas. I also appreciate the amount the staff put in my drinks. Some places are a little too stingy. Way to go and keep it up!!
I visited this location recently with friends having never been before, and it surpassed every expectation I could have! I absolutely love how much you can customize your entire drink, even how sweet it is. My friend got some star-shaped boba in hers, and it was the cutest thing I've ever seen! Gong Cha is absolutely my new #1 boba stop 🫶
Gong cha~ one of my favorite Milk tea places. I super love ❤️ their sweet potato milk tea. Order tip from my self: 100% sugar and less ice.
I've been to most of the gongcha in the US, and their drinks are delicious. I decided to try this location because I had just moved here. I ordered the Lemon-Aiyu and the Original Waffle. They were both quite tasty; the waffle was not overly sweet, and the drink was very refreshing.
This is my first visit, and so far so good. There are a variety of drinks to choose from, and if you don't want to wait in line to order with the cashier, there is a kiosk where you can order. I will come back for sure.
Went in here last weekend for the first time because it was recommended to me so I decided to give it a try. I was not pleased with the experience. The wait is incredibly long as it is but when they lose your order obviously it's even worse. The flavor of their black milk tea is quite different than any other tea place that I have been and this isn't in a good way. I find there to be a distinct and odd aftertaste. I'm not sure if it's the sweetener they use or something in the tea itself but I don't care enough to return to investigate further. They're clearly popular but after my first experience here I can say that will also be my last experience there.
One of the worst place to buy iced Vietnamese coffees ever. Normally I buy it with regular sweet it’s taste fine because Vietnamese coffee normally strong. But this place coffee taste like milk and sugar. Really really sweet. I asked them to help fix it for me. After they fix it it’s still the same. I waste about 30$ on their coffee. But others drink and waffle are good.
One of my new favorite places to go get boba, there was a line but like most people say it is worth the wait, they have many options on the menu, you order yourself, the staff is friendly and helpful, there is a bathroom, I love the way it looks inside very clean and a nice vibe, they have games to play if you want to stay and drink your drink, I got brown sugar boba one regular and one with crème brûlée pudding, they were both good, and my bf got a mango type drink and he loved it, the boba was really good not mushy or anything just right, the prices of the drinks were about normal not too expensive, only obviously if you get a bunch of toppings or whatever, I have since gone back a few times and I still love it, definitely recommend
Boba tea is mediocre and the boba is a bit smaller and slimier than I prefer.
As usual, it’s always a delight to get boba tea from here. Prices have gone up tho 👀👀
They have a variety of strawberry drinks that are superb. I always enjoy coming here after school to treat myself occasionally. Would recommend this place!!!!
