I’m not one to usually leave 1 star reviews but this morning was by far the worst experience I have had in a long time. Firstly, I walk in and there is about 3 people in front of me. The First Lady that was standing at the register was not greeted or helped for probably close to 4 minutes. Secondly, the lady at the cash register was drier than a cardboard box in 120 degree weather. Absolutely no personality. Third, with 4 orders on the screen and 6-7 people working you would think it would be fast service and that is far from the truth. Bagel sandwich was cold and no flavor whatsoever, I’ve had better at McDonald’s. I just moved into town center and was super excited to try this establishment but never again. From a business standpoint get a new manager to change the culture and morale or close the doors.
This place use to be great, but has really gone down hill. The option to pay through your app is never working. You go in one day and it’s cash only the next day is card only. The person taking the order never pays attention and orders are always wrong. I wish there was another bagel place in this area. It’s starting to be a waste of money to go here.
This place Floors are dirty. Food was cold. They charged us over 26.00 for two bages,oj and small coffee. Nicole charged us for extra bagel we didn't order. Live near won't be back at will drive to Chesapeake location. Ask manager to clean floor so we can sit down he said. NO he can clean when customers are eating? They need a push vacuum? Clean up your FLOORS my bagel went in the trash can, hurry in all.....we won't be back
Decent drinks and snacks. How about cleaning up the floor and tables ? Not good
Oh….my….goodness!!!!!😊I had a craving for a breakfast bagel. The Texas Brisket egg and all on Cheddar Jalapeño bagel was……..slamming!!!😲😲😲WHAAAAAT??? I intended to just get in my car and take a taste…….I ended up sitting there eating the whole thing😆😆😆😆!!! So, so, SO GOOD!!!!

Great food for breakfast!!! The place is very crowded sometimes but still the service is really good. Their coffee is delicious, I had Caramel Macchiato.
One of the worst experiences of my life i live across the street so ive come here at least 3 times every time i show up the lines are long the food is fast sometimes its cold but the drinks are slow and take forever to make they usually mess them up one way or another then when you try and return them they get moody and ask you to pay for a replacement drink i have not had a good experience here if i could give them negative stars i would. All in all, they have lost a customer and i will recommend all my friends not to come to this location.

My food was fine, so that wasn't an issue. This place is dirty. Dried coffee around the garbage cans, spills that haven't been cleaned up, and the bathrooms are worse. Dried urine on the seats.
One of my favorite bagel shops. This location sometimes overlook neatness in preparación but maybe they're busy?

Not worth it's salt. Basic bagel place. Nothing to blow your hair back about. Bagels are kinda hard. Been there multiple times since Brugger's Bagels closed. I won't be going back anymore.
It was alright, the food was okay but it was super smokey in there and felt dirty.
It was a busy Sunday morning so it was packed. Still got my order right and in a timely manner always a quality spot to grab a quick bite.
EBB always has a great variety of bagels, sweet & savory! Their breakfast sandwiches are fresh & delicious. My favorite is the FARMHOUSE but they are all so good! I had a really good CHAI TEA LATTE with a shot of VANILLA! 😋 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Stopped by around 4:30 and they were closed. All signs say they are open til 5. Two thumbs down
Einstein’s round flavored bread a more accurate title. Not real bagels. Great customer service, lots of tasty options to choose from, just not real bagels.
