Warm, delicious and made to order!!! Friendly staff and great service!
New looking shop. Friendly staff and fresh donuts. I tried the coffee Carmel cream one. I give it a 9/10
A place with understaffed, overworked employees with bad attitudes and long wait times. No donut is worth this hassle.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. They never have customers in the drive thru waiting, yet you will sit there for at least 5 minutes wondering if they are even open. By the time someone greets you and you place your order? They then take about 10 mins give you your donuts! I've been to other locations and it runs smoothly. This location is 0/10 so not recommend. Wouldn't advise going there on your way to work, you will be late!

Cute store, customer service needs work.
When I pulled up to pick up my online order the open sign was not turned on. This was at 530 on a Saturday (they close at 7). First I attempted to go through the drive through but after 2 minutes of not being helped I went to the pickup window, no one was there. As I pulled into a space I saw ppl inside, still looked completely closed. Walked in and asked about the drive through and pickup window with no one being there and they said their headset died. Cool no problem but you should put a Thank you! Kimberly Duarte Realtor Iron Valley Real Estate HR up at the drive through. They just looked at me and shrugged their shoulders. (3 to 4 ppl not doing a thing inside).What a waste of the business owners money.

If you haven't tried Duck Donuts, you should. They may not fit YOUR normal office treat routine, but it's definitely worth treating yourself to one every once and a while. These donuts are high quality and delicious. All if that being said, they 100% do fit MY routine and they have become my staple for our office treats. For what it's worth, we have a huge office! Now, if someone else brings the donuts and they're from one of the "other places", I'm certainly not going to complain. Who doesn't love free donuts? However, if I'm the one bringing the donuts, they're guaranteed to be from Duck Donuts. Seriously, treat yourself and your office. P.S - I have no connection or affiliation to Duck Donuts.
My son told me about this place and he said it was really good. He wasn't lying it was so fresh, warm and delicious. They make it right in front of you.
Love Duck Donuts. Don't have one local to me so vacation time is when we are able to buy some. This time they knew we were traveling and put the donuts 2 in a box and let us label them so that when we arrived home we knew what was what. The staff was polite and service was quick. Can't wait till next trip.
Ordered half a dozen to take with us in the car. Came for the pickup but no donuts! They had “lost” my order. That was my last visit to Duck Donuts!

Sorry Krispy Kreme you have competition. My first time there and I fell in love. I got a six pack assorted. They were steaming hot when I got them. I drove a good 20min home. They were still warm. We cut up the assorted dougnuts and handed them out to the family so everyone would have a taste of each one . Everyone's eyes grew big upon that first bite. They all loved them. The bacon is my favorite So far.
Blows dunkin out the water. Great donut selection freshly made as you watch. And reasonably priced for the effort. I pad $12 for 6 donuts. Well worth it. Drinks are available and are very nice. But I came for the donuts and left very impressed. New takeaway night routine is Marcos pizza and duck donuts desert. They are next door to each other and a fantastic taste combination.
The donuts are really good (they’re cake and made fresh). I love their variety of flavors and the seasonal assortments. The service was great when I went.

Fun to watch the donuts be made right on front of you. My granddaughter really enjoyed it. The donuts were delicious.
No one working the drive thru. No one answering the phone. Employees serving people on the inside. Very Limited parking. Shift supervisor didn't appear to care and didn't think anything was wrong. This is the second Duck Donuts location (VA BCH Blvd) where employee attitudes are careless. The other location is the Norfolk premium outlet.
