The Breakfast Burrito with a has brown and Chicken And Waffles are several of options on the menu that are tasty and delicious with smoothie drinks the Banana Berry and Mango are fresh and thick.
The waffles are delicious and the French toast is BUSSIN! I always enjoy the energy of the staff and owners. Love the hot teas. This is such a great spot!
I've never had a bad experience here. I can always tweak my order to my liking. It's not one size fits all! The atmosphere is very relaxed, and they have a variety of events and vendors. The mushroom coffee is top-notch. The staff are always friendly and engaging. The owner encourages people to be their best and find their inner creative. If I could, I'd stay there all day, well they do offer free wifi. I like that they have a soap vendor and hemp bags. I always look forward to my next visit. To help the community, they have a monthly pay what you can day set aside. If you partake in it, be sure to come early. Once they sell out, it's a wrap. Speaking of wraps, be sure to check out their breakfast burrito and the dreamsicle smoothie. Enjoy!
I come here every weekend that I can and only get the avocado toast and hit Micha latte with oatmilk and every time it's just as good if not better than the last.
I tried the buffalo chick'n wrap, which one of the staff told me was her favorite, and it did not disappoint. Everyone who works there is always friendly and helpful.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. The food, coffee and atmosphere is perfect for a breakfast or lunch out. Even my meat eater husband loved it!!!
This place is super dope. Everything on the menu is completely vegan and super tasteful. The employees are very friendly and the service was fast. I ended up getting the biscuit and gravy with a smoothie and you wouldn't even know it was vegan. Much less made with tofu. I'll be coming here again.

I enjoyed my visit. The service was excellent and a speedy timing. The atmosphere was pleasant and the waiter was very friendly and very friendly.
Wouldn’t honor the written price on menu. Overcharged for both items which I was verbally told were the lower written price. Inflation does not justify the amount the price went up and false advertising lost my business especially when I gave them the option to make it right and they didn’t.
Talk about an amazing experience!!! First timer at a vegan restaurant and met a sister friend that told me about this place and the owner Lovie!!! Let's get into it!! Walked in the ambience and customer service was impeccable! I was in love with the atmosphere! I Dont eat much food so I have to be selective. So, let's talk about homemade vegan fresh toast, it was made out of love 😍! Most time carbs or bread are too heavy and this was made just right! My sister friend and I shared this plate but it was everything! The seasoning of the cream that went on it was delicious and not too sweet. Then I noticed something next to where we were seated. A coat box, you can take one or bring one! I thought that was neat and thoughtful. I love the diversity of the people that were coming in. It's hands down now one of my favorite eateries in Virginia Beach! Thank you Lovie for bringing such amazing food and atmosphere! One of best experiences so far! This place blessed my soul! I love love love this place. It has such a calming energy. I always go during my lunch break so the 15 minutes of calm and peaceful conversation with the staff is just what I need. All their food is amazing but the brekkie wrap is my favorite so it’s what I always get.
The buffalo cauliflower wrap was delicious. You can only get it on Saturdays.

First time here today. I came on my lunch break for training From Baltimore and I was blown away but the great customer service and both employees recommended items for me to try. Definitely will come back here while I’m here this week before I leave thanks ladies again the breakfast burritos I got and the spicy chicken burritos the kiwi strawberry lemonade and got husband a alkaline tea ✨🤘🏾❤️🥰
My husband and I previously had a bad experience with the wait and food quality. To the owners credit, after we posted about it, the owner reached out to us and made things right! Every business makes mistakes from time to time, but not every business takes the time to own those mistakes and take care of the customer. Thank you to the owner for reaching out to us. Quality service to match quality food! My husband and I definitely recommend you visit and support this business !
This is my new go to lunch spot during work. They are the first lunch place I’ve gone to that I actually feel filled after eating. The portion sizes match the cost and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. And the food is delicious! I don’t often eat vegan however I’ve decided to eat here more so for health reasons and I’ve been loving it.
Incredibly kind owner. And that smashburger is the stuff of dreams🤤. Looking forward to my next visit😊.
