The only place I like getting Boba from! I started coming here when they first opened up and have never been disappointed. They're so kind and fun to talk to, they help make recommendations and are fairly fast at making the drinks. (All great things take time!) I don't go anywhere else! My favorites are: Taro milk tea, oreo milk tea, tiramisu slush with oreos blended in, Chai milk tea, and taro slush.
My sister and I have had boba all over Hampton roads and this place is a new favorite!! It’s not overly sweet, in a good way! The milk tea actually tastes like tea and not artificial, plus they use lactose free milk which is great! Highly recommended!!

Drinks are delicious! Vietnamese coffee with tapioca pearls is my favorite. All the milk teas are delicious too! Highly recommend!

The ube slush tastes like cookies and cream but not so sweet. Delicious! The owners are so kind and service is attentive! Will have to make it a regular spot

I'm somewhat indifferent about this place. Located within close proximity to Guandong Taste, it's like the perfect after dinner treat. Parking is shared among the businesses in the area and normally isn't an issue to park within walking distance. Military discounts are offered on Wednesdays and they have a rewards program where you accrue points towards free drinks. The interior was in some disarray and cluttered. A few long hanging cobwebs and dust bunnies were present but not alarming. I asked for a slush to be half mango, half strawberry. What I got tasted like a strawberry milkshake and it lacked that "wow" when you go to a new place. I'm pretty confident that I won't go back because it took an unusually long time to make my order and I have had better slushes made the right way and tasted far better. Customer service was welcoming and genuine. The flow of customers can depend on the time of day. Surprisingly, this location is closed on Saturdays. For some businesses, this could be a peak business day but I'm sure they have their reasons. Not the worst experience but this location is far from me and I don't see myself going out of my way to get mediocre beverages.
I stopped in with my daughter the other day because she had been begging me for Boba. The staff is super friendly and patient. My daughter is a very slow decision maker lol. The gentleman behind the counter kindly went over all the choices with her. We will definitely be back!
The milk tea with pearl boba and passion jelly was delicious! Was hoping for lychee jelly but they were sold out. Definitely going to stop in again. Service was friendly and fast. Dining area and restrooms were clean and organized. Most importantly, the boba was perfect!
I just happened to stumble upon Boba Chef. I had a taste for tea and there they were. The restaurant was clean and has a nice arrangement. It appeared to be family owned and operated, but I can't say for sure. I had the Passion Fruit Jasmine tea with Peach Bobba. I like that you can customize your drink. The Bobba's are .50 to add. The tea was quite tasty and just what I needed. Fortunately for me, it was sweet but not too sweet. I forgot to tell them not to add sugar. I don't think it automatically comes with added sugar like some other places. The sweetness seemed to be from the Passion Fruit juice. The next time I'm in the area, I will try one of the milk teas. The cashier said the black milk tea and the Taro milk teas are their most popular. Please note that the pictures do not show one side of the seating area.

Great service and super tasty! I tried the taro milk tea (oolong i believe) and it's this wonderful refreshing delicate sweetness. 10/10 I'm coming back to try every other flavor. Edit: This became my favorite spot ever. Earl & Cherry and the family are sweethearts, and they really care about this place. I moved and I've been looking for a place like it and nothing comes close. Best bubble tea on the planet. Not kidding. Also, my favorite tea was almond milk tea, black tea, almond milk & boba. You can not go wrong with any flavor, though. They'll even replace it if you don't love it (except you will).
Love coming here for the Thai Tea. It is so good. I have to stop myself from coming here multiple times a day for it. Def suggest trying this place out and getting some Thai Tea with the tapioca pearls!
Excellent black and oolong milk tea. Boba texture is on point and is the right amount of chewy, as well as the tea itself is not overly sweet which is how I prefer it. Owner was very friendly too.

Took my friend to her first Boba spot. I didn't know what to recommend her cause she picky, but the worker was more than happy to help. Drinks were good, service was great.
